"Think twice before moving in~~
This place used to be great, but over time, things have really gone downhill.
I agree with many of the comments about roaches, frequent management changes, and constant noise from construction and/or from people partying at night. I lived here for 4 years, and while the renovations were nice, especially under Tessa (former leasing staff), the customer service has declined significantly since she and Bea left. Bea was amazing—she always responded quickly and resolved issues effectively.
After they left, it felt like the office's service completely fell apart. I rarely received timely responses to emails, and whenever I made a request, it was ignored or denied. Strangely, my husband would submit the same request and receive an immediate response or approval. This happened several times, which felt very unfair.
The roach problem in my apartment was horrible. I had exterminators come out almost weekly for months, but the issue was never resolved. Mold in the vents was also a big problem—not just in my apartment but in others as well.
If you do move here, avoid moving into a complex by the pool and BBQ area. It is extremely noisy with people partying until 1-2 AM on weekends and holidays. Management doesn’t do much to control it.
The pool is sporadically closed without any notice, especially on Sundays, which is really inconvenient. Strangers also seem to come and go as they please, as if they live here. The gates are pointless since they’re usually left open, do not work and never monitored. Not sure why they're even there.
One positive is the maintenance crew. They're fast, friendly, and always proactive—they definitely deserve a raise."
