"I have been asking for assistance for fixing my leaking refrigerator since I moved in and it still hasn't been fixed after numerous emails and a few calls. The AC was working and now isn't blowing throughout apartment, the garbage disposal was working and now isn't. There were issues with pest with the weather changing, the neighbors under me and storms so with me keeping my apartment clean and buying the roach motel to place throughout that has helped. They want you to pay rent on time but can't assist and my toddler and I both have health issues so if something is broken it needs to be fixed. This is a second chance apartment but the money we pay for rent should cover for maintenance. My lease is coming to an end next month and I'm not sure if I want to renew."
"Apartments are very much poor on maintenance. When I first came here there was a lot of roaches and still is, when u ask to fix something they do it but don’t try at all because it ends up bad again. The water from the sink stinks and reeks. The laundry doors fell when we first got here. The doors from rooms u have to pull so hard to open and close so it closes properly. The bathroom roof is blackk. And if you live downstairs the people from upstairs are so loud they keep on banging and there is so many thuds u can hear screaming and giggling. The pools are berly open and the ones that has a fountain is always dirty and never cleaned. You get paid for dogs to do their buissness and to throw trash, like what?? And also why do we have to pay online? Some people aren’t that good at paying online because they don’t know certain things. These are some bad apartments overall I wouldn’t even give it a star."
