"I definitely do not recommend these apartments!! While I was living there, my apartment flooded 3 times with sewage that would come up from the toilets. They would take forever to “fix” anything and even then it was never completely fixed. Then I finally put in my notice to leave. My last day was on the day with the big storm in that area which knocked out all the power and downed trees for days!! Mind you, the locks on the apartment was the same locks as I moved in. I was finally able to make it back to the apartment a few days later to drop off my copy of the key and then a few weeks later I get a bill for prorated rent and they keep my security deposit!? A tree literally fell on my apartment and you’re keeping my security deposit and charging me prorated rent when I was out by my move out date!? I tried contacting the office multiple times via phone and email to speak with the manager and nobody ever returned my messages. This place is nasty and they do not care. All they want is their good reviews and to make commission off of renting the apartments. Use caution!!"
"Let me start by saying if I could give a 10 star review I would. I had a great experience when I went in to inquire about an apartment. Oriana helped me through out the process she is very kind, professional, and experienced she is the best! I recommend this place 100% mostly for the good customer service I received. Thank you so much Oriana my husband and I appreciate all your help."

"Woods of Spring Grove is a great place to live. The new staff is always helpful. Whenever you need anything they are quick to respond. Ericka in particular was extremely respectful and knowledgeable when showing me around the complex. The environment is nice. Most recently they upgraded better lighting throughout the apartments which makes me feel safer. Lastly, you have nearby places to shop and dine. You have lots of good things living in this place."
