"Everyone please do not believe the fake reviews on here. I’m a Current resident here and is moving out in 2 weeks! This place is ridiculous. Teenagers were over here shooting and the office does nothing about it. There is a man sleeping in the park area, day and night, office does nothing about it. They act dumb founded when you come to them with a concern and talk with a laughter at the same time when nothing is funny. Please if you are between living here and being homeless take the homeless option first. All complexes know about willowbend as my new apartment complex I’m moving to said. This place is well known for its terrible reputation. ROACH INFESTED units and they do not care about your well being….. they do inspection checks at least 6 times within 60 days as if you are living on housing assistance but paying market rent. Do not move here."
"I lived here for almost a year, but I decided to break the contract. so in order for me to break the contract I have to paíd one month in advance but after 3 months they send a letter that own 3 months … so I called someone in the office and they that didn’t received the money , so I think the lady that I gave the check to! took the money.. and still wanna make me paid the e last 3 months left of my contract!"
"The office staff is very accommodating. Ms. Sharee always goes above and beyond to assist with any concerns I may have. Kudos to the maintenance staff/Mr. JR for always getting repairs completed in a timely manner! Thank you WB staff for all that you do!"
"I love this complex. It’s next to everything. EVERYTHING is within walking distance. I have never had an issue. The only issue is Flex. I don’t know if that is the apartments fault or there’s. But I can call the office. I can’t call flex."
"Please be aware of the car thefts/vandalism in these apartments.. the front office doesn’t care enough to higher security or put cameras around the complex.."
