"One of the worst apartments I’ve lived in, leasing office does not communicate at all. Apartments are overpriced and you can find a better deal elsewhere!!! They call them “luxury apartments” but there is absolutely nothing luxurious about this complex.

Edit: I was just notified at 5pm that my pet needs to be out of my apartment by tomorrow morning for an electrical inspection. The leasing office notified us TWO months ago that they were going to be doing these inspections and they still haven’t “gotten to my building.” I emailed asking for a specific day that they’d come to my apartment because I have to schedule my dog at daycare while I work…. no response from them. The only time I have gotten a response from the office is when I emailed their boss at Greystar.
The communication is terrible at this place, do not live here!!"

"I have enjoyed my time at this complex! It is in a great area! Many great restaurants in walking distance! I love being close to the bayou and having walking trails available! The staff is great, they are quick to assist in whatever you need. Relatively quiet complex."

"The absolute worst, let’s begin the nightmare. After residing here a little over four years, I didn’t begin to have any issues until the new management team took over. During a zoom court appearance, management decided my court order wasn’t important and demanded access to my unit to look around. When I explained I had a court order, management decided to call the local law enforcement and demand access. Pictures are below. In addition to completely unprofessional management, you must be aware of the extremely bad infestation of gnats in these apartments and outdated appliances. Such as old AC units that caused a very high electricity bill, two bedroom (no kids, no pets, full time employee) my Electricity bill was roughly $280 and up. During the summer I would complain that my AC unit was on 70 or lower but different areas of the apartment would read 85° and above. If they’re unwilling to replace the outdated A/C unit do not move in, Your Electricity bill will be above $280 monthly this summer. Emails below show how unwilling management is to schedule services That are convenient to your life, they’ll tell you, if You’re lucky, that they will be entering the unit with or without you. Which is why I installed cameras in the unit, saw “pest control” snooping in my personal belongings and only sprayed one corner. The pest control guy was more concerned with gifts I had in the unit instead of doing his job. They randomly need to access your unit for weird reasons, which makes you feel like you’re in a dormitory. Magically both my tubs supposedly had leaks that demanded replacement and of course the services was conducted using the electricity bill I was responsible for paying. I refused to renew my lease here and was charged all types of extra fees on my move out. Which is ok because the most high never fails. These apartments are the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Strongly would not recommend, especially if you work from home or don’t want to come out to your car being broken it not or tires stolen off your vehicle. No, they will not be understanding. One of my friends car was broken into, tires stolen and management wanted rent on the 1st and threatened to file eviction. Such a horrible experience."

"I would like to give a shout out and huge thank you to Virgilio who came in to help today to fix work orders I’ve had since before the Christmas holiday. I had no hot water since December 21st, but today, it’s been restored! Virgilio was so professional and very competent in that he was able to identify what’s causing my unit not to have hot water. He’s also helping fix a washer unit issue. All in all, he was very helpful and was able to explain clearly what went wrong with the units.
And to the management team, Jasmine and Kimberly, thank you for continuing to help solve the issues and responding to them accordingly! I truly appreciate your patience and care ??"

"good morning to all:

I consider myself a dog lover, in fact I have 4. Unfortunately I haven't been able to bring my favorite yet. But I see that the neighbors who walk their dogs do not really see them interact or coexist, since they only take them for a walk while the owner checks their social networks.
For this reason, I suggest that the green area in the area behind the garages be fenced for this purpose, in fact there is already a container with garbage bags there. This area could be used as well as the western area behind the parking lots.

"So I been living here for a few weeks so my review should be pretty accurate. The location is amazing you walk right out to the Brays Bayou trail where you can walk/run/bike for miles without having to drive or park anywhere. I see people walk with their dogs by my unit to exercise all hours of the day which tells you how safe it feels here.

There’s been a lot of renovations in the units like new appliances and finishes cool… but the extra storage the Whitney crew added makes me feel like they took their time to make sure the place was not just livable but homey if you can get that.

And the staff has been just great I’m blown away by their kindness and effort really. Cecilia helped me initially and she was just so understanding of my situation which everyone has a situation right? She did everything she could for me answered a million questions and provided answers for ones I didn’t even have yet. Jasmine, the office manager has been just as helpful and more living here you’ll see them walking around the complex often which tells you things get addressed quickly and that there’s an eye on things. The maintenance guys are pros and just as friendly as the ladies I can’t believe how hard they go for this complex hard to explain but y’all it can be felt.

And at night I’ll be honest at midnight I’ve seen the complex security posted near the gate just watching being vigilant and stuff. Feel real safe for those wondering about that. I’m sure there’s going to be something that might bother others but for apartment living Whitney crew and staff are doing the most to make it a safe and livable place and that’s really all you look for sometimes, right?
