"Obsessed with my apartment! I came in and toured with London and she was great, I then returned to look at a different unit with Nicole and she sealed the deal! The team made my move in super easy, my apartment was a 10/10, mind you I didn’t see it prior to moving in. The community is well kept, quiet and super pet friendly! Would I recommend this property YES! Be sure to ask for London or Nicole when touring and use me as a referral!"
"Words can’t even describe much I loved my tour experience here! The aesthetics of the Leasing Office & Club Room are absolutely gorgeous and the units finishes exceeded my expectations. Shawnece and Diana were lovely on my tour!"
"Nikki was such a big help getting me approved for move in date even earlier than expected! I LOVE these apartments more than anything else!!!!"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It is so NOT worth the price at all!! We lived here for the entirety of our 13 month lease and could not wait to get out. It’s the nicest looking place of anywhere we’ve stayed, but it’s the worst complex ever.
This complex has a HORRIBLE bug problem! We could never sit down for a meal without bugs landing in our food. When we complained about it, they simply said it was a problem everyone was dealing with and they were working on it. They told us to clean our apartment and use gnat traps. Attached are pictures of 2 different gnat traps after 24 hours of being out. (This did not ultimately solve the problem)
We had MULTIPLE packages stolen. These were packages that were delivered to the lockers or the office from several different carriers at different time periods throughout our stay there. We had our wedding cake topper, gifts from our wedding registry and personal purchases that were delivered, but we never received. When we filed a theft complaint with the postal inspector, they said they had received multiple complaints of stolen packages at this complex.
The office never EVER answered a single email from me the entire time I was there. They also frequently close the office early without a warning.
The water pressure is constantly low. The walls are so thin. There’s not nearly enough parking for residents and they don’t tow visitors who park in resident parking.
My hopes of this post is to sway anyone from moving here and saving your money!!! Yes, they’re nice and friendly on tours, but the tour is one day out of a 395 day lease."
"I recently toured The Westover and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and professionalism of the staff and management team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness, making me feel welcomed and valued as a potential resident.
Diana was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She provided detailed information about the different floor plans, amenities, and community features. Her patience and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Although I have not yet moved in, the positive interactions I’ve had with the staff and management team have given me great confidence in my decision to make this my future home (:"
