"Very affordable but whoever built it was insanely lazy. The door frame is too big for the door and it’s spider infested. There’s a leak under the sink and the oven doesn’t work. But it is big and worth the price you just constantly have to kick out bugs☝?"
"The grounds are immaculate, the neighbors are friendly, it is super quiet and I feel so safe staying here. The apt itself has a lot of storage space, the A/C is amazing and lots of natural sunlight pours into my living room all day. I simply love it!! I can not believe it took so long to come across this gem and it is within 5 minutes drive to so many stores and restaurants ?"
"This place have given me a place of safety living here has been amazing the staff is amazing. The Maintenance team is alway willing to help. Nicole the manager has been such an amazing manager so personable and always down to help. This place is truly a gem being from California i needed this place. It feels like home. It’s pet friendly, clean, and safe. It feels good coming home to this place. I am so blessed and happy to be able to call west briar home."

"Honestly one of the best places I’ve lived in Houston. Westbriar is such a hidden gem. Super close to one of my favorite restaurants and the galleria mall! The community itself is super cute and well kept. Maintenance is always super fast and Also Nicole and Jessica in the office are super helpful. I can see myself staying for awhile."
