"When I did my lease I was told what I only have to pay rent with my utilities included every month when I get my rent statement I’m paying 200 or 300 dollars extra because of a sewage bill that I was never told about when I did my lease now a sewage fee 3$ cool but a 120 sewage bill plus 90$ water bill don’t make sense that’s not included other fees my light bill is lesser than that I never had a sewage bill out of all the apartment complexes I ever lived…. Then the roaches is ridiculous the maintenance is horrible at fixing things when I first moved in I was told I would have brand new carpet but when I moved in the carpet was still wet from shampoo sticky spots in the carpet Bobbie pins thumb tacks wats crazy is I seen the apartment before they call they self cleaning it and the carpet was horrible that’s why I asked about BRANDNEW CARPET…. This not my first apartment I know the difference between new carpet and shampoo carpet other than that I just wouldn’t recommend"

"Straight up. There are a lot of roaches here, but that's pretty common in Houston. With that said, you get what you pay for. I've been here for awhile and it's not bad. I don't plan on moving as long as my rent stays cheap. Everything, literally anything you want, is within walking distance. Bus lines within a 100 yards. A major grocery store within 200 yards. Walmart within half a mile. I haven't seen any movie theatres but who goes to movie theatres these days."
"Wesley Gardens have been so helpful for me and my family. Office staff and maintenance team are awesome. Besides the fact they have had our water shut off for 24 hours which is utterly ridiculous."
