"I don’t like leaving fake reviews because I always rely on reviews when I need a service or anything else. But in this case,
They definitely deserve it.
I’ve lived in this property for 10 years, and currently, they have the best management team since I moved in. The manager, Dario, and his assistant, Irviz, are doing an excellent job and provide unmatched customer service.
They are currently renovating everything, and security has become a priority. For the first time, they’ve invited all residents to participate in meetings along with the local police.
The maintenance team is efficient under Gustavo, is doing an amazing job. I’d like to especially mention Don Gabino, who has worked here for many years and is an outstanding worker!"

"I've been staying at Villas for about two months now and I will give the most honest review. Marisela and the team are the best! Any concerns or issues that I've had they have addressed and with respect. I love the welcoming feeling I receive from everyone. If I need assistance Marisela continues to reach out until the issue is resolved. Any maintenance issue (which I've rarely had any) I've had was addressed within a timely manner. I appreciate my new home and the area. I especially give a BIG thank you to Marisela, thank you guys so much!"
"**updating my review 12/04/2024-- DO NOT MOVE HERE!! REALLY TIRED OF THIS COMPLEX. THEY ARE TRYING TO RENOVATE THEM BUT FORGET ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. SICK OF PUTTING WORK ORDERS AND THEM NOT BEING AN "EMERGENCY" AND BEING CANCELLED. I HAVE UPLOADED A PICTURE AND HAVE PUT WORK ORDERS FOR THIS AND GONE TO THE OFFICE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. THEY NEVER ANSWER, OFFICE IS MOST OF THE TIME CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS. THEY ONLY CONTACT YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW!! THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU KEEP YOUR APARTMENT. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU PAY FOR PEST CONTROL.CRAZY WATER AND SEWER BILL WHICH MAINLY EVERY DAY WATER IS BEING SHUT OFF DUE TO RENOVATIONS. !! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!**
We moved here trying to save some money as well because we saw good reviews and notice they are under new management and trying to fix up the complex but it turns out we are pretty much paying the same amount as we use to previously pay were we use to live. They talk to you all nice and pretty so you can lease here but once you're moved in they ignore everything. They make you fill out that form when you move in to see everything that needs to be repaired and they don't fix anything. You put a work order and if it's an "emergency" they will fix it if not they leave it and put the work order as done without even doing anything. They don't answer the phone and when you go to the office they try to avoid you. We truly regret moving here, should have stayed at our old address! Also maintenance is very RUDE, they never explain what is the problem with the work order submitted. If they were able to repair it or if they need to replace it. I'm sick and tired of being treated poorly. I pay my rent on time and to be treated this way is unfair.

"New Management are horrible people. They only care about money and don’t care about residents and their problems in their home. The people in the office are mean and rude & they only love to charge extra money & random charges without an explanation or money back. Also, the only to get something fix in your home is by getting the state involved."
