"We had a wonderful 4-month stay at The Vic at Jordan Ranch. The apartments are charming and well-maintained, with great amenities including a lovely pool. What truly stands out is the exceptional service from the office staff - Gabby and Megan were consistently helpful and responsive to all our needs. This community exudes a sense of familial connection. It boasts a tranquil environment, being relatively new. I adored the nearby amenities, from dining options to shopping venues, all conveniently close. The amenities offered here surpass any I've encountered in a complex for quite some time. It's evident that they prioritize both community upkeep and resident satisfaction. Maintenance requests are swiftly addressed, with clear communication in case of any delays. "We were at The Vic a week ago and were greeted by a beautiful girl named Gabby. We recently arrived in America, so we don't speak English very well, but she patiently and clearly explained everything to us. After that, Gabby gave us a tour of the entire territory, we joked and laughed a lot, which made it even more comfortable to be in a new place. We loved it inside and out. Yes, there are some renovations going on there, but I believe that this is all being done for the residents and in the end any renovation ends lol)) We are choosing apartments and will only move in 1.5 months, but after "The Vic" I don't want anything else. I'm going to come back here to make sure of my choice. I will definitely update my review when I move here. I wish you success and prosperity!"
"Nice apartment and neighborhood. Alot of walking trails and parks in the area. Leasing office staff is nice and they always have events for the apartment community.
Walls have poor insulation, so you can hear a lot..
Unfortunately a family lives underneath me (1 bed units). I have to listen to their kid jumping around, banging the walls and loud music. I've knocked on their door but they don't answer. I assume they don't acknowledge the leasing office either as they continue to blast music. I was advised they don't speak English but I don't know.
Other than that, its just normal noise (motorcycles /large trucks revving up).
Other than that, its a very nice apartment community."
