"I was in a bad situation and the management listened to me and understood my situation. I will never forget her. She gave me a chance to begin again. I must say this place is beautiful I feel safe and at home. The staff is awesome. I’ve been in a lot of places I must say this one outweighs all of them. I did have to downsize but I’m very grateful that God heard my cry. Just remember how you treat people will come back tenfold."
"I assist my ex husband with his business affairs when he is traveling abroad. He is currently in London and explained that his lease with Ventura was up for renewal but he was having issues with his email. I called the leasing office and spoke to Mario. He was SO helpful and understood the situation and the complications of the time change, etc.
He was so professional, friendly and courteous. He was able to resend the renewal email to Amine and he was able to successfully sign his renewal documents online while abroad.
He always tells me how much he loves living there. My son lives there half the time so this matters to me very much! He said the maintenance staff are super friendly and effective. I have visited him and love his apartment with the beautiful high ceilings and love the amazing double pools!

"I visited for a tour today and was greeted by a tall Hispanic guy. He did not even give his name. I arrived at 5 p.m., and he initially told me the property stops touring at 5 p.m. even though closing time is 6 p.m. He decided he would half-way show us around the property and did just that. He took us to see the model and had no clue about any information regarding the property. Walked us past the movie room and said that was closed. Told us the elevator was broken to show us the rest of the property so we told him that was fine. Eventually, I asked him was he new and he said yes. He lacked professionalism and knowledge of the property, so I do not understand why management would allow him to tour. He did not ask to hold or review our ID's, nor did he even take down my contact information. I left with no quote or information about the property. Just a bad taste about the property and its staff!!"
"I had a maintenance issue recently, and I am incredibly impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. From the moment I submitted the request, the management team responded promptly and communicated the timeline for resolving the issue. The maintenance staff (Kiki) arrived on time, fully prepared, and fixed the problem efficiently without disrupting my day. They were courteous and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to resident satisfaction. This level of service makes living here a pleasure. Highly recommend!"
"I’ve been here for 3 years and this is the best Community I’ve ever stayed in or seen! It’s very clean here, the people in the office are very friendly and welcoming. Chandra is the best Office Manager I’ve ever seen. She is always handling issues promptly and get things done on time. I’m very grateful to call this place home and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Thank you all for your Great Community Service and I look forward to many more good times here!!"
