"Jose A. Vanegas Jr. is the assistant manager. Very switched on and easy to work with! My daughter and grandkids lived there for a couple of years. Being a single mom, the rent got too much with the current rate increase. Jose helped us in the process to close it out.
The facility is very secure, clean and neat in appearance. It is well-maintained with a responsive maintenance crew. The swimming pool is one of the nicer ones I have seen. All in all, this is a great apartment complex."
"Please whatever you do avoid living here. This place has turned ghetto. Loud pool parties full of drunk men (most don’t even live here). Lots of men coming in and going smoking and drinking at all hours of the night with inappropriate behaviors, fighting, screaming and crying children. This is not the place for young professionals. Multiple families living in the same unit they let their kids play tag in the hallway at all hours of the night. Also they block the entrance of the apartments while they wait for school buses.
Management is nice but I guess there’s only so much they can do. They are very diligent about towing your guests cars if you don’t immediately enroll their plate however I don’t know how the situation has gotten out of hand with nuance.
Neighbors leave their nasty trash bags to leak through the concrete for days when valet trash doesn’t pick up"
"Two Words.. “The Ghetto”. I understand things break down but when maintenance has supposedly tried to fix the air conditioning with no resolve, maybe they should hire a professional company to come in. I am here visiting and the temperature is 91 degrees inside. Maintenance had brought in one portable unit to cool but it can only cool one room. Every other room is unbearable. This has not been a one day ordeal, it’s been several days. Thermostat is set to 55 degrees but the inside room temp is 91. Houston we have a problem"
"Seems like a clean & friendly complex. Trash area was completely blocked. Not sure if normal but wasn't real attractive to look at. Otherwise like the area."
