"Terrible place! Building burned down and it wasn't any of the residents fault. 8 families lost everything and the apts wouldn't help with nothing! The Fire Marshall said it was the 3rd building that caught fire. Roaches everywhere and the office didn't care about that either. Loud music every weekend and kids were not watched by their parents so keep an eye on your car for damage. Cars parked in the fire zones that’s why the fire trucks and ambulance couldn’t get to us. Fire hydrants didn’t work in the complex, smoke detectors didn’t work when the fire happened, the fire extinguishers were in the green and didn’t work either! This place is not work living at unless you want to live in a dump with bugs. The staff was so disrespectful to my family. The building burned down, they didn’t offer to put us in another apt, and had the nerve to evict my son when the building burned down!!!!! Smh…… then the staff had the nerve to allow others to loot our things!!! My family’s whole life was in that rubble….. we would of liked to see if we could of salvaged something. But I’m glad we are alive. It’s hard loosing everything you own ……"
"I love the closed complex, like any establishment the gate sometimes breaks BUT it's always is fixed within a few days! Very quiet, I love the peacefulness. No major issues with the unit itself other than its a bit outdated, the price is resonable! The front office is very friendly and easy to reach! I would recommend this place to a friend or anyone for that matter! ??"
"Been living here for 2 years and management is very poorly we have had trouble in our apt n yet no one has come to fix them. The price n neighborhood I’d great but I would not recommend here. Very dissatisfied ??"

"Renting an apartment here is the worst decision i've ever made. They cut the water 1-2 times every month for a whole day and you don't get it back till next day; and cut the hot water all the time! (right now there is no water till tomorrow)"
