"I really enjoyed the two years I lived here. The onsite staff was a pleasure to talk to. The Site Manager, Luke, was always receptive to my thoughts and suggestions. Their maintenance team were quick to make repairs if they were required. They cut up and removed the downed limbs and repaired damage quickly after hurricane Beryl as well as the tornado.
As for amenities, we used the lazy river almost every weekend during the summer. My kids loved it. Their gyms are kept very clean. Although we never got to use it, the theater on site looks pretty cool."
"We went to view an apartment at this complex and Enoch was so helpful! Everyone in the Management office was welcoming and kind. I loved how Enoch was eager to help and had no issues showing us multiple units. There are so many amenities for residents as well! Enoch, thank you for your humor and hospitality. I would recommend this complex to all wanting a nice place to call home ?"
"I would highly recommend this complex. The staff are extremely helpful. The maintenance crew Always prioritize getting repairs taken care of in a timely manner. The lazy river is amazing And the gym is really cool as well. If there was a recommendation, I wish that they would tow cars that don’t have resident stickers because parking can be an issue due to Guest or Non-residence, parking and residential parking spaces."
"I lived here for a number of years. The people in the office used to be very helpful. Management changed and it went downhill. Your car will get broken into and also in my case (stolen). I went through the resident portal to inform people of this and it was not posted (posts will have to be approved by the office management). A couple of days later found my car in the Phase 1 parking lot (near the entrance gate off of west road). No Help from management at all.
The app to unlock the gate was to help with the theft and break in of cars (since the gates worked when they wanted to), however if your phone dies you are S.O.L.
If there is a thunderstorm or power outage the Luxor will stop working. Its not worth it to pay for it monthly. There are better package systems out there.
The Valet Trash doesn't want to do their job. Make sure to ask questions because they will say that your trash is 20 lbs but they aren't weighing the bags. I mention this because in the lease contract it says that if you aren't abiding by the "rules" you will still have to pay for the trash service you are not getting (they will stop picking up). The rules aren't listed on the Valet Trash app or in the lease contract.
Check and review your Conservice monthly statement. They double charged me and I was able to get my utilities free for the next month (per Conservice's guarantee). You will have to stay on them. Daisy (leasing manager at the time) was a great help to get this fixed.
The gym equipment is not up to par. The leg press machine was out of service for almost a year.
The only positive is that Maintenance is quick to work on requests and they are really good at cleaning and maintaining the
3 pools.

"The first month has been great. The maintenance is amazing, and responds very quickly. Maritza has been amazing with setting everything up and helping me navigate through the apartment. It comes with great facilities and most importantly security. People are quiet which only adds to the positive aspects.
I got into a renovated house, so a few minor things still need competition/finish. But the maintenance responds quickly, so there is nothing to worry about so far."
