"Love this apartment!! Moved in a year ago. Zoe is the best!!!! She helped us get all moved in. Approval process literally took 1 day after providing all documentation and verifications. Zoe is very professional and provides excellent service to tenants any time. The front office staff are always welcoming and helps anytime we have question or need assistance with anything. Maintenance is wonderful. They clean up every morning picking up trash, leaves etc. You can’t forget how quick they are with maintenance request.This place definitely feels like home. We love it!"
"Excellent service and professionalism with no detours and the application processes are efficient. It attends to you quickly and on time. The team of townlake apartments are polite, courteous and the maintenance if you request it is fast. I have been living here for 6 months and I have not had bad experiences, in addition the apartments are spacious and comfortable. It's a nice place and how to live the lake is nice to walk and see it from your apartment."
"I have been living here for approximately six months have had absolutely no problems. Any maintenance issues are fixed immediately the lawn is always kept up. Garbage always Picked up on time Office employees are always cordial and nice. My view of the lake is incredible love living here"

"I’d like to start off by saying Immediately felt welcomed as I walked in the front door and was greeted by the ladies in front, Desiree, Zoe and Mrs. Helen. They were eager to assist me and Ms. Desiree was very nice and patient with me and my million questions. The application process was so smooth and easy to do. Communication was constant and respectful. I just got my apartment and we did have an issue with an appliance but maintenance came right away and fixed it the very first day. I can already tell my family is going to love every minute we’re here. It’s already peaceful and quiet, my kids love the lake view and especially the ducks. I highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for some type of quiet, relaxing, stress free environment."
