"Packages are constantly being stolen here. Since moving in, I’ve had over $500 worth of packages stolen without any compensation. The LuxerOne lockers are always full, so packages are left on the floor, making them vulnerable to theft. Package room is also never locked."
"These apartments would be great except I pay 1700 a month for a 1 bedroom so I expect repairs and maintenance to meet up to the cost. The entry doors have been broken and propped open with rocks since moving here almost a year ago. My dishwasher is out of order every few months and they always determine they need a part, even before they have checked it. Currently I’m waiting 2-3 weeks but no one has come to view the unit. The last time they stated they needed a part but none was used for repair. It’s unfortunate and frustrating for a paying resident that they can’t be more timely with making repairs."

Savanah has been super helpful from the very beginning touring this complex, to signing, to random things I need now. So sweet, friendly, and always quick to answer my questions or help where she can!
I will say my only complaint from moving in was getting maintenance for a service request. They took 2 almost 3 weeks just to come change a light bulb."
"Brian & Nour were super helpful and friendly when touring this community. The apartments and common areas are well designed and clearly thought out. There are genuinely useful amenities (large gym, several water filling stations) and really nice finishes. Prices are great for inside the loop, we were quoted $1500 for a 1b/1b and $2000 for a 2b/2b."
"It has been a headache to speak to the office I had emailed the property manager and called many times and still have not got an answer from them. I moved out Thanksgiving day and had to look for them to see how much I owe as the utilities are in the arrears at first they charged for a pet and I don’t own a pet and sent an emails asking about that, now they changed to paint.
That apartment was not even completely ready when I moved in it was not pain, carpet was not clean properly and door handle were loose or hanging, but now they want to charge almost $300 for paint for a unit that was just touch paint for me."
"I have lived here for a year now. Overall, I really like living here. I’ve never had any issues with the leasing office, residents are kind, and it is very dog friendly! The property is kept relatively clean and I feel safe living here.
The biggest issue is the pool in the summer. There have been multiple occasions where there have been parties that got way out of hand. Cars parked in resident lot and going all the way down the street. 200+ people that don’t live here at the resident pool. They leave it completely trashed and play horrid music until it finally gets shut down at 10:30 pm. Wristbands were issued to residents last July, but pool security has yet to enforce them. Then the pool gets closed for a week or two so residents are punished for those that can’t be respectful of their community. We’ve also been without pool chairs for a few months now and have been waiting for the new chairs to arrive. Management seems to be trying to get control of the pool situation, but it is slow going.
The gym is great, nice little dog park, gated parking lot, and friendly staff."
"Pros - location. Great access to highways and next to popular social venues. Gym facility is also a plus.
Cons - First off, very noisy. The walls are paper thin. The hallway consistently smells of dog feces. The management is not quick to respond nor enforces the necessary consequences of consistent noise complaints. Our AC unit stopped functioning for over 24 hours on multiple occasions. Rent is not worth the quality."
"I've lived at Timbergrove for 3 years now, & i have had my issues here and there but Brian has been an absolute gem during my time at the complex! From the moment I moved in, he has always gone above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. He's incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents like Brian does, and he truly deserves all the recognition for his hard work and dedication. Thank you, Brian, for making this place feel like home!"
