"This is my last contract with three fountains one, sadly I’ve given them many chances over the years and I’m just fed up with the management.
They replaced my central AC without a notice with a portable AC unit with the following specifications:
1- Moldy
2- Dirty
3- Dusty
4- Unrealistically Loud
5- Made my apt smell like marijuana because previous users obviously blew smoke in there
6- unsightly and looks awful
7- the ventilation radiates heat which is counterproductive/counterintuitive
8- increases levels of humidity which is weird for an AC unit
I visited their office three times, I expressed myself calmly first time, I was a little less relaxed the second time, and finally I expressed frustration, my efforts were met with zero consideration, I work part-time online and join a lot of meetings and I either have to sweat balls or turn the ac on and make the apt smell nasty for a day and a half.
I suffer from allergies and that was the first thing that I told the leasing office before I moved out the previous apt, my two conditions were vinyl floor and reliable AC, mold spores despite the weekly cleaning service which costs $200 monthly, and personal efforts. Humidity levels are always above 65, which creates a perfect environment for mold growth and mites, I don’t remember the last time I breathed pleasant air inside my apartment.
I wish I my experience was different, sadly, I do not recommend."
"What's happening with security in the area? This used to be a safe and pleasant place to live. Now there are raids, car windows being smashed—it feels unsafe. There should at least be security patrols at night."
"I love this community. Great staff, great apartment homes for low cost in the BEST area. Highly recommend if you are thinking about moving here. I lived here for a few months before becoming an employee, and now I’ve been here two years strong and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. ? (:"
"PLEASE DONT do it if you have family and are thinking of moving here, don't do it, there is no security. In December, someone was shot and someone has been breaking car windows. There is no security here. They should put cameras in."
"Insect problems.you are not alone since you will have lot roaches and rats . Please don’t rent if you care for your mental health. The air conditioning system is too bad almost does not work most of the time. This apartment is more than 50 years and never remodeled. The maintenance team even needs money for their service . Please don’t rent here if you need to keep your mental health. The management team are bunch of crooks."
