"It’s been great improvement. All of the staff members are amazing, kind and understanding. I love that They do their best to keep the gates closed. It’s clean and it’s a friendly safe atmosphere, anytime I have something wrong with my apartment. They always do their best to respond in a timely manner. I get a lot of packages ordered to my unit and I’ve never had not one stolen. I love that it’s very quiet yet friendly I’m happy to call this place home."
"Kori in the leasing office was very helpful and fully engaged with helping me to get the move in specials as I was moving last minute. I've lived in the area before so I know it's budget friendly so take that as you will, but the place isn't run down and it has what you need for decent price and still commute friendly"

The day to move in apartment it was not clean ..
Roaches were crawling around the apartment
Bathrooms were not clean my living room floor needs fixing I’ve told them that now 5 time and each time it’s been an excuse. Since I’ve moved here it has not been a joy . Trash around property folks let their dogs walk and crap just to not pick it up .

"Don’t move here it’s not safe . Always stealing cars tire we have a lot of break- ins leasing people don’t care and won’t don’t nothing about it .They leave cars on brick They try breaking in to my car and didn’t do nothing but said called the cops and make a police report. Gates are alway broken . Also they would never come fix you apartment problem been leaving here for half a year and yet haven’t fix my ac / leak on the roof . They take long in fixing things I gotta called city in order to get my things fix . And still have that rooftop hole that haven’t got fix . Do not more here . Good luck if you do ."
"As a new tenant I'm very happy and satisfied at the moment with everyone and everything. From all the staff from the office were very helpful,nice and friendly. Took the time to show up the floor plans and the actual apartment. Were very honest with all the prices. The apartment we moved in is very spacious and happy with the price. Hopefully it will continue like that."
