"I’ve been here about 3 months. Incredibly rude staff at the office when I moved in, gates are always broken (worked maybe 3 days total), no grass or landscaping, pool is either green or gates are chained closed(or both), mailboxes broken into often, terrible maintenance, several things broken/ missing in the apartment when I moved in and they were unwilling to fix most of them. AC is terrible and costing me an extremely high electricity bill because it is constantly running. There is mold about the shower and in laundry room. I will never sign for an apartment with this management group again.

Edit: I have continued to reach out to the management here and have been continuously ignored."

"I recently had the pleasure of moving my mother into Weston at Copperfield, and the entire experience, thanks to Lori and Sophia, was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, Lori and Sophia made the process of selecting and transitioning into the community seamless and enjoyable.

Lori was incredibly professional, warm, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions about the community and its amenities, ensuring I felt confident in my decision as I secured my mother’s new place. Her expertise and attention to detail made the leasing process smooth and stress-free.

Sophia was equally amazing—kind, approachable, and proactive. She worked around my schedule to arrange tours and was always quick to follow up with updates and paperwork. Her friendly and accommodating nature made me feel welcomed from the start.

The move-in preparation process has been effortless, thanks to their excellent communication and organization. Lori and Sophia went above and beyond to ensure everything is ready and perfect for my mother’s arrival.

Weston at Copperfield has already felt like home because of Lori and Sophia’s dedication and hospitality. I’m thrilled and looking forward to being part of such a wonderful community! Respectfully Andres & Angela."

"I have been living in this community since October of last year. It has changed management several times and this last one is the worst of all. The manager, Lori, is quite rude, unprepared for the role she occupies, and the only thing she cares about is getting the rent paid; she doesn’t care about the quality of life of the residents. I currently pay $1450 to live in a nightclub where the music prevents me from sleeping or working from home. My balcony has become a public restroom for my neighbor's dog, which urinates there every day. I have reported this situation countless times, gone to the leasing office, and sent emails to the manager, which she never responds to, with videos and photos. Yet she continues to deny the undeniable. I do not recommend this community for living, especially while this manager is in charge. Additionally, there is no security whatsoever; the gates are always open.

The photos show the water with urine being thrown from the balcony above. The yellow color seen on the railing must be water with curcumin and a smell of ammonia, according to the manager. You have to have a little humor for these situations."

"I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews over small inconveniences, but if you’re considering these apartments as your future home, I urge you to read this carefully. I’ve lived here for almost three years, and during that time, there have been constant changes in management. The current manager, Lorie, is by far the worst. She is rude, unprofessional, and impossible to work with. After speaking to multiple tenants, I discovered that my experience with her is not unique—everyone has something negative to say about her. Her attitude toward tenants is downright ugly, and her lack of respect is astounding.

While the apartments themselves are visually appealing, that’s where the positives end. The pool is always unusable—if it’s not a nasty green color, it’s locked up entirely, so tenants can’t access the grills, beach chairs, or any of the amenities we’re supposedly paying for. The landscaping is another major disappointment. Most of the property is overrun with weeds, and only about 40% has any actual grass. The entire complex feels neglected and uninspired.

Recently, the parking situation has become a nightmare. Parking spots are now numbered and can be reserved, but each apartment is limited to two registered vehicles. Visitors must also register their vehicles, but this is only allowed for three consecutive days. If someone visits you on a fourth day, they risk being towed. My partner, who visits me regularly, was just towed, and it cost me $220 to get her car back. When I asked Lorie if there was a way to accommodate both my partner and a friend who visits often, her response was shockingly rude. She sarcastically suggested I add them to my lease and even made an unprofessional remark about how her own mother only visits her on holidays, so she couldn’t understand why people come over so frequently. Her tone and attitude were completely out of line and further solidified her reputation as one of the most difficult managers I’ve ever encountered.

On top of all this, the gates at the complex have been broken for a long time, leaving the property wide open to anyone. With the amount of theft happening here, you’d think fixing the gates or providing some form of security would be a priority, but that’s not the case. My work truck was stolen, and after hearing from other tenants who’ve experienced similar issues, I didn’t even bother speaking to Lorie about it. It’s clear she doesn’t care. Her focus seems to be on squeezing as much money as possible from tenants, rather than addressing the ongoing problems with the property.

I strongly advise anyone considering these apartments to look elsewhere. Between Lorie’s rude and dismissive behavior, the lack of usable amenities, the poorly maintained property, and the unaddressed security issues, living here has been a constant source of frustration. This is not the “home” they market it to be, and I regret staying here for as long as I have."

"Very rarely do I post negative reviews, but felt the need to post this to help others.... I have lived at these apartments for 18 months now. There has been a major change with new management in October this year. The grounds are not kept up at all with grass missing in most places, pool is constantly closed, trash and stains in most entries, and now the gates have been abandoned or chained up. Worst of all is the complete lack of customer support for residents. They have failed to respond to emails or phone calls multiple times, and I have completely given up on getting anything done unless I go stand in the main office for 45 minutes waiting. I had a major leak from the ceiling in my bathroom that required 5 maintenance calls and almost a month to get resolved. Everything that was convenient is now an extra charge and parking has become impossible, with nearly every open parking space being reserved for an extra $40 a month for an uncovered spot (something that was definitely not an issue before). I will be terminating my lease when it is up, if not sooner."
