"Lisa was a great help she was a kind person that gave amazing tours, I’ll be leasing very soon!!! All the other lady’s were kind hearted and easy to work with even when the office was packed. Amazing atmosphere!!"

What I saw today was a truck with the all the rims stolen and on concrete blocks. If you drive in, it is in the parking lot to the first right. I am not sure if this is a safe place now."
"The complex is over 35 years old and so quality of life experience for you will be unpleasant. Attached are photos of respiratory/electrical/fire/slip and other life-threatening health hazards you will face like me. Three life threatening emergencies in our unit were not addressed for over 9 months until we sued them and won. Judge ordered them to make repairs.
Dozens of my neighbors are experiencing the same issues for months but the owners/management still have not done anything. In fact, they've deleted work orders from my neighbors but an email transcript is always saved in your email. So their just shooting themselves in the foot.
At the peak of Houston's heat (June/July) my AC stopped working for 11 days straight.. they did nothing. My wife and I just sat there trying to keep our 1 yr baby girl cool. Hence the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, they implemented a lease rule allowing a maximum of 5 potted plants in your patio/balcony. Their priority is to make money and say "bye-bye" to you once you realize how awful they are.

I just moved into my new apartment, and I have to say, Vanessa, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Claudia were amazing! They made the whole process super easy, which was such a relief, especially with it being so close to Christmas. Thank for your understanding ?"
"Very good experience with the office crew. Toured several complexes and I have to give credit where credit is due. Waverly is a clean and family oriented community. I would recommend 1000% to any one looking for a calm environment to call home."
"Please do not move here the people in the office are rude, there Roach infested, they don't fix anything, the neighbors are really rude, my sister stays here and she's been having a problem with these apartments since she moved here I would give them 0 stars if I could.... please these apartments are not recommended at all trust me. The five Star reviews on here are not real Vanessa the lady in the office is a big liar run far away from these apartments I have proof of everything I'm saying"

Vanessa is AMAZING. Apartment was cleaned before I moved in. They let me take a look before moving in. Everything is up to par. Not to mention all the stores and restaurants in walking distance. Been here a month a little over a month and I have NO complaints ?"
