"My husband, our furry friend, and I have been living at Villas at Rollingbrook since June 2024, and we absolutely love it here! The application process was incredibly simple, making our move-in smooth and stress-free.
The community is wonderfully peaceful, and our apartment is excellent—just what we were looking for. The attention we've received from the office staff, especially Miss Dubois and the entire team, has been fantastic. They are always friendly and ready to help with anything we need.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home!"

"The Apartments with all the premium to premium amenities that anyone could ask for!!! The leasing office staff Ms. Lacey, Shannon & Kathy are always on the edge to help their resident. This team is the best team I have seen in my 4 years of living. They are very accommodating to residents and always ready to help with any needs. Also, the property is well maintained with clean pool, landscaping, and plantations all around. Maintenance service is very quick and reliable. The gym is also well maintained with all the required instruments plus it's 24/7 accessible. All in all, I would say this is the top quality apartment, with very courteous staff & reasonable price range. If you are in Baytown and looking for an apartment this is the place to rent. Must stop by & check with leasing office once experience is worth it."
"Maybe this will get someone’s attention, we have been here for over three years . Have not had any major issues till this year. If you’re looking for a complex that maintains their units, this is not it. Our AC has been out since July 3 and when I say out, I mean it’s been pissing water in our hallway and it has been 80+ degrees in our house at any given time, we have pictures of it being 82° at midnight there’s no excuse for that.We have contacted them at least four times now in the last month. Maintenance will do the same thing every time come out tinker with something, say it’s fixed. Give it 24 hours and it’s right back to doing the same thing if not worse. Our youngest is one, it has gotten so bad in our apartment that we had to bring in a portable AC. I got tired of our apartment being over 80 degrees. This is absolutely insane. On top of that, minor issues are. The washing machine and the dishwasher do not work properly, and the fridge leaks and maintenance will do the same thing for those issues as well. This has been a common occurrence this year. We have been paying close to $2,000 a month since we’ve been here. At that price, I at least expect the basic amenities to work."
