"I recently had the unfortunate experience after 8 months of living at VIC (Park Row), and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the safety, management, and overall condition of the property.
First and foremost, safety is a significant issue here. The building lacks adequate security measures, with broken Cars and stolen vehicles and no locks to access doors in some parts of the building. This made me feel uneasy, especially when I have to leave to work with my family at home. Additionally, there have been multiple instances of unauthorized individuals loitering around the premises, which only added to my discomfort.
The management team is another major disappointment. They are unresponsive and seem indifferent to residents' concerns. Whenever I reached out for assistance or to report issues, it took ages to get a response, if I received one at all. The lack of communication and accountability is frustrating and unacceptable.
Maintenance is virtually non-existent. Requests for repairs are either ignored or take weeks to be addressed. The few times maintenance staff did show up, the work was subpar and often required follow-up visits. This lack of prompt and effective maintenance is incredibly inconvenient and disruptive.
Cleanliness is another area where the VIC falls short. Common areas are only cleaned, and it's not uncommon to find trash piling up. Inside the apartment complex, I constantly battled with spider webs and other signs of neglect. It was clear that thorough cleaning is not a priority for the management.
Overall, my experience at VIC on Park Row was far from satisfactory. The combination of safety concerns, poor management, lack of maintenance, and unclean conditions made living here a regrettable decision. I would strongly advise potential renters to look elsewhere for a more secure and well-managed living environment."
"Stephanie and Jessica are great. Apartment is nice amenities are great and location is great. A few bad things it’s not safe multiple break ins, and a car was stolen and they didn’t do anything about it.I moved out and they charged for ridiculous stuff. They are very money hungry and my car got broken in one time there. Other than 3 stars."

"I rarely write a review on Google. I make this an exception as I want to shout out the staff and construction and maintenance team at the Vic on Park Row.
Jessica made the application process from A to Z so seamless. She is professional but also kind to answer my questions. We had a wonderful hard hat tour back when the property was still under construction. Highly recommend her for your go-to person for applications.
Stephanie from the lease office was so lovely and welcoming, accompanying me through the property on my move in. Thanks so much for showing me around again because of course I could not remember all the amenities within the building at my first tour. Haha.
Lastly, the construction and maintenance team helped me carry and bring in my HEAVY packages inside my apartment. They went an extra mile and I’m so grateful for them.
Overall, I am happy and impressed with everything at the Vic at Park Row. Employees and staff are ROCK STARS."
