"My central AC has been out for over 6 weeks. They gave me a portable unit to help keep the temps down but it’s so loud that it’s tough to sleep with it on, and it’s missing a hose for drainage so it leaks all over the floor when running. I’ve used a million paper towels, beach towels, old clothes, etc. to try and keep the floor dry and still had standing water in my apartment damaging some of my things.
I’ve followed up with building staff, in person, multiple times and no progress has been made. There are only two options- be cool at an acceptable temp but have flooding and the sound of the portable unit which is like a loud generator, or sweat all the time like a sauna. It’s crazy that in what looks like a nice building, I can’t enjoy being in my own home and even try to avoid it.
Photos don’t do it justice, it’s been worse than this but I was too busy moving furniture and trying to clean everything up to take pictures then."
"I have lived at The Vic since May 2024. The leasing team is easy to work with as they are quick to communicate. Alex in particular is very professional, knowledgeable, and has a positive attitude. At no point did I feel like Alex was pushy or annoyed by my dozen questions. Ive enjoyed the staff, location, and how modern the building is (built in 2021) that I am transferring to a larger unit and signing a new 12 month lease. I would highly recommend living at The Vic."
"Wow! I toured MANY properties throughout Houston, and without a doubt this was my favorite. There is tons of natural light, Downtown views, feminine accents, a rooftop pool & DOG PARK, and the Location is perfect! What truly sold me was the vibe and AMAZING service by Angie and Stephanie. Since living here, they have truly made this feel like a community.
Currently I’m 3 months in, and highly recommend. My packages are delivered without issues, my neighbors are so kind, and I’ve witnessed so many beautiful unobstructed sun rises! Most importantly as a resident, I want to know should any issues arise they are handled quickly and I can say this is done with an actual sense of urgency! We even were hosted at Cycle Bar for a community event, as well as a few rooftop socials."
"My experience living at The Vic has been nothing short of great! Alex has always been available whenever I had questions and is always ready to help! She made my move super easy, and her warm spirit since has been comforting. The amenities are definitely a major perk, and the location is perfect!"
"Living at the Vic @ Interpose has been such a pleasure! The community is well maintained considering all the pets that are here! Close to quite a few restaurants and bars!
One of the standout experiences has been the office staff! Cobi and Alexandra has gone above and beyond to make my time here smooth and stress-free. I’ve worked on renewing with them multiple times because it is a pleasure living here and speaking with them! They definitely make it very easy for me as a resident! They are both also so welcoming for any random questions about the complex from maintenance to utilizing an amenity feature. Their positive attitude definitely makes it hard to want to find another facility!"
