"First time applying to the venti Applied Thursday was approved by Friday Rachel was so helpful she had patience & wasn’t short tempered. will update once moved in.
UPDATE: 8/23
Surprisingly did not have pest issues as far as roaches. Was on 2nd floor can hear everything outside. Beside that they work with you on your rent. Maintenance take their time but mostly effective when needed. I’ll rate my year stay 8.5/10
The inside looks much better than the outside
LAST UPDATE: the venti has worked with me most of my 2nd year. Will try to meet u halfway as far as payment/rent. Maintenance is a bit out of touch due to them cutting grass a bit more than maintaining the indoor and outdoor of the buildings, I feel as though Residents might be more encouraged to keep the area clean if their surroundings were more pleasant—free from odor and other issues. there will be trash , mailbox may or may not work properly, the gate seems to always be broken. but as far as indoors it’s pretty good size & decent amount."
"I’ve been a resident here for a couple months now and the staff in the leasing office are all very nice and professional. There are always looking out for us the residents, and they are super appreciated for the efforts they put forth when it comes to the issues that could arise they are always prompt and make sure they do the best they can within their capabilities to make us feel valued and it shows thank you ladies for being awesome!"
"Out of the many apartments I have toured this year Vikki was the most personable staff member we came across. She was very welcoming and informative which made us more excited to lease with this complex. Not only did she learn about our family in conversation, but we got to learn a little about her and her family too. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not, but if she isn’t she should be ! Definitely ask for Vikki when looking into The Venti!"
"Thanks to Vanessa For helping us out with our process and getting our apartment she was really hopeful very nice person to talk to. Haven’t had no complaints. Neighbors are nice workers here are pretty good and doing their job and coming to fix things right away."
"After living at The Venti for a year, I'd rate it 5/10.
The pros: it's in a good location with nearby laundromats and grocery stores, the management and maintenance teams are nice, and it's affordable.
However, the cons are hard to ignore. There's trash everywhere, roaches are a constant problem, dog poop is left all over the property, especially from large breeds. They send reminders to clean up, but many residents don’t care. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, often going out for hours or even days if something happens in the area. Safety-wise, I'd give it a 6/10. I had one attempted break-in, but overall felt okay, though frequent police visits are common. Maintenance does take a while to come and fix any request. Sometimes they have to come a couple of times for the same request. I had a crack in my ceiling that was leaking water that never got fixed. There is also a major wasp issue within the apartment complex.
Overall, you’re getting what you pay for! if roaches and the appearance of an apartment is not a big deal for you then you’ll do fine here."
