"Lived here for 2 years. Started off with Greystar and the upkeep was great. Only had one major safety issue with them and they solved it. They changed management companies and they seemed nice and started doing more resident activities as well. My apartment was great, lived on the third floor so didn’t have issues with someone living above me, never had a big issue or had to call pest control. Maintenance was always quick. Neighbors was nice and friendly as well."
"I'm extremely dissatisfied with my living situation here. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse since I started renting. People constantly ringing cameras like stupid animals, thin walls and floors make it easy to hear noise from the pool area and hallways, which can be frustrating. To make matters worse, packages left at the front door are easily accessible to other residents, which raises serious concerns about security and theft.
Specifically, I've noticed that young adults will often ring the camera and then run away, which is not only annoying but also childish. What's even more ridiculous is that the camera sees them before they even ring it, making the whole ordeal feel pointless and immature.
Additionally, parking has become a free-for-all, with people parking wherever they want, without regard for designated spaces or other residents. This lack of consideration is also reflected in the constant parties that go late into the night, disrupting the peace and quiet that residents deserve.
The apartment manager seems to be absent or unresponsive when it comes to addressing the problems that residents face. Fireworks being popped at the pool when having a party is just another example of the lack of consideration for others.
Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The lack of attention to resident concerns, the numerous issues with the property, and the general disregard for community rules and respect make it a difficult place to call home. Honestly, I'd rather move to a higher-quality apartment company with residents who are fine, upstanding people. It's clear that this complex is not prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of its residents, and I'm eager to find a place that truly values its community.""
"I signed my lease with Graystar in April 2023. All was perfect, the security gates worked, my packages from Fetch arrived promptly, there were no roaches in the hallways, no ants in the dumpster, no trollers trolling in the parking area at 4AM.
Then Hamilton Point Investments took possession in June 2023. I am saddened to say the security gates have not worked in 4 , packages often go missing, ant beds and ants near dumpster, truly unsafe.
Management, well… they reversed the special I moved in on. Then backdated late fees for two months and threatened me with Eviction if I did not pay an additional months rent that was truly part of my move in agreement. They changed my Ledger , back dated two late fees $138.50 each…
So I’m not happy with the new management. There is much more and no space here for it

"I absolutely love the new property management!!! They are doing an excellent job with doing upgrades on the property! They care about their residents and just have been a blessing to have!! Everyone in the front office is amazing, professional, and honestly like family! I love Ms. Annette, Alex, and Marquinn! Highly recommend living here because it’s a wonderful community!"
