"I am absolutely disappointed, I applied online and paid all monies before seeing unit. The grounds are horrible. You have to pay for parking or you won’t see your vehicle. The front door had been kicked in they painted over it but not replaced. The patio door doesn’t lock. My daughter works from home only one internet jack works no she can’t work her job. Dead roaches in the unit. Rats or a norm because clearly the neighbors have so much junk. Please look before leasing. I’m devastated and considering moving back to Louisiana . I’m afraid to park my car on the property. The web pictures are not how this place looks. When I returned to speak with manager. The leasing agent Amelia gave me no eye contact because she’s aware of all the misleading she did. The last 2 photos are from the web but I took a few photos myself. This is definitely cat fishing. I work to hard to live in the slums."
"My mom and I signed the lease online before viewing the actual apartment, I’m so emotional devastated from moving into these apartments. A resident informed me that they had just started on the apartment 3 days before we moved into these apartments someone kicked the door in they painted over it, the roaches are horrible. They painted over everything literally even painted over the tissue holder. They have valley trash but no one puts trash in an actual trash can. It’s very sad how they catfished me and my family and think that it’s okay. Please view the entire apartments inside and out! P.S another resident told me she heard rats scratching in the inside of her walls and her door dash driver said he wouldn’t bring food to her door because rats were running up and down her stairs. I’m so hurt and sad that they’ve played us like this."
"Wish I would’ve thoroughly read the reviews before moving here. The roaches are terrible I had to request to be put on the pest control list multiple times before pest control finally decided to show up. The upstairs neighbors have no respect.. I’ve reported the noise multiple times and I’ve went up there myself twice and they still make loud noise all day. It seems like the office isn’t going to do anything about them.. so It’s like whats the point in constantly reporting the issue. Weirdos roam around the apartments all the time.. one even tried to approach me. People let their dogs poop all over the side walk it’s DISGUSTING!!"
"Luz the apartment manager is absolutely amazing. When I have any problems, Luz is the first to get on it and have them fixed. She never fails to show her support and caring nature to my family! They just had Back to school party giving out Backpacks and Pizza. Great place to live and close to many stores!"
"Me and my team are doing work for the apartments. The management team is very nice and helpful. Property is in great condition. They even have dog park.
