"The Retreat at The Woodlands has been my home since January of 2019 and I have no reasons to ever consider moving from here. The leasing and maintenance teams are top notch -- from professionalism to friendliness and any service work performed is done quickly and well. Not only is the floor plan perfect for making me feel at home, but the Retreat is a community -- I know so many of my neighbors from walking my dog and I always enjoy my time spent chatting with them when we cross paths. Finally, the community events that the Retreat hosts bring all of the neighbors together for a wonderful time. I highly recommend living here!
Update: I love living at The Retreat at The Woodlands so much that I’ve lived in 3 different apartments here since 2019. Yes, that’s right, as my needs changed and I needed different living accommodations, I found exactly what I wanted and needed right here! No need to search for or tour any other properties because this is our home! From incredible maintenance service to amazing office staff, beautifully maintained grounds and pet-friendly everything (dog park, treats at the office & lots of love for the furry friends), I plan on staying!"
"I lived there 3 years, I liked my apartment but management was a headache all the time. I just worked and took care of my kids but we could not live in peace with Cori as the manager, she always tried to charge us extra for any little thing, always emailing, leaving notes on our door, the amount of inspections they do is ridiculous, it was very stressful especially when we moved out. The bill we received was over $500, they kept our deposit as well and I could never get a hold of anyone to discuss the bill. I emailed and called so many times. They sent it to collections and now to the credit bureau. They keep the outside of the apartments looking nice but don’t let that fool you, I definitely would not recommend."
"UPDATE: Because the apartment was delivered to them very clean and they couldn’t charged me , they charged me instead almost 200$ for half a month of utilities . I attach also the invoice they sent me. I paid because I don’t want to have a bad credit but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Here I uploaded 20 pictures of how it looked the apartment when I moved out.
After a month I received an invoice from Retreat/Greystar of almost 200$ and they didn’t tell me for what are they charging me.
As you can see in pictures the apartment was clean and no damages."
"I appreciate management team all team members are extremely polite and helpful. Especially Briana , who helped me with the lead. Briana had been professional, polite and extremely helpful through and through since I have moved here. Briana is a sweetheart, I give her the credit for making my move easier. This place is safe and beautiful. The buildings are rounded by trees. There is a bee box as well that you get to see. The management keep everything extremely clean. You get all the help you need promptly. Neighbors are friendly and polite. No one is loud. Everything is available on 5 to 10 drive. I had been enjoying my time here thoroughly. Thank you."

We hired professional cleaners to leave the apartment spotless, and still, they had the audacity to charge us a $2700 move-out fee, supposedly covering cleaning and damages—yet there were no damages at all. When you first sign the lease, they’re all smiles, but the moment you decide to move out, the apartment manager, CORI GRAVES, will do everything she can to screw you over with outrageous charges. If you value your money, STAY AWAY from this place!""
