"I had the pleasure of speaking to the assistant manager Kalie. She was extremely helpful and resolved all of my concerns. She is very professional as well as kind and explains things in a way that you aren’t going in circles figuring it out. I left the office with a clear mind I felt heard most importantly understood she is a happy face I look forward to seeing. The Retreat at Stafford is a great place to live the staff is amazing!"
"When I first moved here in February everything was good up until it was time to renew the lease in August . We had car break ins twice and nothing was done . I’ve been having problems with my icebox since October 9 , 2024 here we are in a new year still the same problem. I have been loosing food and I have a newborn I also nurse and I’m scared to store her milk in the icebox due to my ice box not being fixed . I have called up to the office and I been getting the run around . My dishwasher is messed up the water doesn’t go down . I put in a request and it says work completed and it’s not . Living here has been a horrible nightmare and I’m ready for my lease to be up . I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here because they honestly don’t care about us . We pay to much in rent for these type of problems it’s a nice property sometimes when the trash isn’t overflowing and the big rats aren’t out running from the trash can ."

I literally don’t even live here (YET) and I’m sold. Kalie was so helpful. Very demure, very mindful ! Beautiful property, amazing floor plans, nice amenities."
"I’ve been living here a little over 2 year and The manager and her team has been has been amazing. Sometimes as residents all we want is to be heard, understood and want our issues resolved and management does exactly that.
Fantastic team! Great apartments to live in. With Quick access to major freeways to help me get to work faster. Shopping centers all around. But I love that is also kinda hidden so is peaceful. Love it here."
"I’m so happy I chose to make Retreat at Stafford my home! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the community has a warm, welcoming vibe. The whole team have been outstanding—they truly go the extra mile to make sure residents feel valued. Whether it’s quick responses to questions, smooth move-ins, or thoughtful support, you can tell they care. Maintenance is also top-notch, and it's great knowing they’re always on top of things.
It’s also a quiet, friendly neighborhood that feels safe and comfortable. Easy access is a bonus too! Overall, a fantastic place to call home. Highly recommend!"
"So I stayed here for a year , always paid my rent on time, never really had any issues unless it was communicating with management & there were a few times I had to go back & forth with them but
when it came time to renew my lease I was skeptical but decided not to because of personal stuff I had going on. I lived by my myself , had no pets & no damage to my apartment , NOTHING !
They never refunded my deposit & then a few months later I found out they filed an eviction with collections that was put on my credit & has stopped me from renting. Which has made me furious because what games are yall playing ?! It’s more of a hassle trying to get this stuff off my credit & I refuse to pay it because I did NOTHING WRONG! I communicated, moved out with no problem & this is how yall treat your tenants in good standing?"
"I really enjoy living here. The people in the office are so kind and respectful. It’s been 4 years now and this is the most that I have interacted with the employees in my time here. I know I can be a handful sometimes but they handle all my request with a smile and I really appreciate it"
