"Apartments are well kept, thumbs up to maintenance. Too many stray cats and residents don’t make it any better cause they feed them. The leasing office will file eviction if rent isn’t paid by the 10th of the month. There’s no eviction hold off agreement. They don’t understand that life happens. Office filed eviction on me (for 1 month rent) knowing that I was getting rental assistance. But yet they go months without paying their security staff. Every time I look up, someone different is in the office. 709 apartments with no pool. Can’t wait to get out of lease. ??"
"I believe in giving a thorough review of something especially something important like your home. I'll start with the office and the staff. The office itself is nice. Actually the complex itself is kinda nice. My apartment is nice too. But if u put hot garbage inside a new house and hire the absolute worst people u can find to ignore the festering issues your poor tenants are having to deal with then your bound to have people completely waisting their time writing a Google review ?.I've been here now two long horrible years and now 2nd owners and 3rd set of office staff. By far the worst outside of one lady. Speaking as a "African American "?I feel I'm safe to say this . There's a very hostile one of my counterpart who's amazingly rude and hard to deal with. So bad in fact I don't even bother to go to that office or call them. 80%because I always get her ratchet ahh IF your even able to get through. This place is giant. Has 3 different addresses to the same place. Yes I know . The building are not numbered correctly good luck trying to find the apartment ur looking for if ur looking for apartment 100 in building 10 and it's labeled wrong you will never find it. The gates are always broken sometimes u can't even get out.or in. The mailbox is not available so if ur waiting on a package good luck after 6. My power ha went out 2 timed yesterday. Blown transformer only my section I believe the gates are wired to my section but I digress. They won't fix anything, plenty of roaches if that's your thing. The constantly text you and email u ,u pay a water bill and they send emails about essive water usage u pay 25 for trash service u caint use because it's hours times rules and days to use this "service " u don't want or asked for because ur at work if the can is out past 530 u get a fine. I can go on and but it's useless because all these places are the same . I wanted to transfer to a different unit same complex just smaller unit. There was a admin fee,app fee,transfer fee, credit check and I'm already living here . It's literally a prison. So pick your prison carefully."
"Don’t move Here if you don’t want your credit messed up !! The only Good person is Erica. I lived here 3hrs and during the transition to Indigo this apartment went to the dump.There are cats and dogs feces everywhere pet owners let’s them out like nothing plus we had water shut off all the time and hug water bill fallowing. A/c went out a summer and had to called corporate office to get fix bc they said there was No units in Houston but magically one appeared once a called indigo management. my car got hit a few times No outdoors camaras. I mover out; my washer door was broken down to remove washer a work order was complete to hang back door but charge on my final move out statement . I called this office repeatedly once a week to in touch with manager or someone and No calleds. when it back came to the community manager is always No available to talk to anyone. Sad I’m in collection for $85 the they over charge for their mistakes.
Update: 09/27/23so I send I email to indiomgmt got a replay that the manager will look over it but I the I did not hear from her but some called me to see if I wanted I could go en drop off the $85 that the wil pull it from collection well it is already in my credit plus I ask to see pictures of what I’m being charged for and refund to do soo . She said she will get back to me and till now 12/3/24 No management has called back ."
