"This has been the most positive apartment experience I have ever had! The apartments are beautiful, the management and staff are really friendly and helpful, maintenance is addressed quickly and thoroughly, and my neighbors are respectful. The building and the neighborhood feel safe. I rarely hear other apartment dwellers or the elevator (I am right next to an elevator), so the walls are thick for an apartment complex! They are nearly finished with construction of their third building--that is the only thing that is occasionally loud--after that I will have zero complaints. Very happy to have chosen the Parker and I plan on being here for the foreseeable future!"
"If you're looking for a BEAUTIFUL apartment with an amazing leasing team, awesome amenities, and a perfect location, then The Parker checks all your boxes. Hands down, the BEST APARTMENT in HOUSTON!!
When we were looking for a place to stay, we were overwhelmed with the choices, but walking into the building and meeting the team, we were sold. And once we moved in, it only got better. The apartment is MODERN and CLEAN! The leasing team is truly amazing. They'll do anything to make you feel welcome and help in any way they can. I've never had such a great experience with a leasing team before. Chris, BreeAnn, Rachel, Danny – they're all amazing.
You'll also feel extremely SAFE. We were new to Houston and didn't know much of the area, but this location is great. It's also close to Memorial Park, which quickly became my favorite place to gun run in the mornings.
The only reason we moved is because we bought a house! But we already miss The Parker and couldn't have asked for a better experience."
"As a renter, you deserve a property that reflects your quality and standards. The Parker is the ideal choice! Safety, convenient interstate access, a modern aesthetic, and dependable staff and management are often difficult to find in a single community. The Parker exceeds this expectation!
For a mobile healthcare worker like myself, I am often out of town and working long hours locally. It was paramount for me to find an attractive property well-maintained by both residents and staff; knowledgeable and accommodating property management; and a peaceful, safe, serene living space. The Parker checked all the boxes! The unit interiors literally had every feature of my previous 3K sq/ft. rental home condensed and beautifully packaged. The management team’s prompt attention to every matter, big or small, is impeccable. They are the standout feature, embodying the excellence expected from a boutique establishment. Rachel and her team do not disappoint! I was thoroughly satisfied with my time at the Parker."
"The Parker is a great place to live with high quality amenities, fixtures and countertops. The lease office staff are always ready to help and attentive to residents needs. The apartments have great access to Memorial park, nice gym and manicured pools."
"The best apartment building and community I've lived in! The staff, building, amenities, maintenance, and location were perfect. Rachel and the team are amazing and a big part of the experience - they are professional and incredibly helpful.
My experience living here was amazing and I highly recommend!"
