"Beware of thieves! Someone stole my expensive speaker from the pool area. Management has cameras that point at the area where the speaker was, but refused to check them, saying they are only there to cover their losses. This is a pretty crappy attitude to have towards tenants, in my opinion.
Also, the ceilings are paper thin, so I’d avoid moving in if you have to be up early and are on the first floor.
Olivia, the leasing agent, is great. And maintenance is great as well. But had I known how thin the ceilings were and how shady it is to have cameras and not use them to assist tenants I would have looked elsewhere."
"First off the dogs poop everywhere in the dog park and around the community not good and then the gym needs to be updated. equipment is too old and they can post danger when lifting and the pool table is not level outdated also but love the pac-Man game room. O and the maintenance guy Jo Jo has been very helpful with repairs"
"I’m officially a new resident here at the Park. From the very beginning Carla and Crystal were so nice and welcoming and a lot of fun to work with! We found the perfect unit within the hour of being there and they made the process quick and easy! Very excited to be a resident in this community."

"I recently have moved in and after move in had asked for a couple things to be touched up, as there were some door stops missing and a few screens out of place. At first I was worried because there wasn’t a great timeline on when it would be fixed but they were able to get things done within a week of me moving here. Pest control came in today and sprayed for me as a preventative measure and he was helpful in giving me some tips to maintain things.
Olivia has been amazingly helpful in doing her best to communicate on things as well and now that I’ve got my things moved in and started unpacking and all of my initial concerns addressed I’m so excited to be a part of this community! ?"
