"Truly enjoyed living at this community for the last 15 months. We had a great relationship with the property staff especially Norma who was super helpful always and loved our Scrappy. That’s what we will miss the most. The amenities are beautiful and location was perfect for going out and exploring. Train takes a week to get used to but then it becomes peaceful and honestly helped me sleep. Only complaint I ever had was that the city picked up the trash way too early (around 3:30/4 am) and would slam the cans for 5-10 minutes so loudly and wake us up. Only moved to be closer to work. Would certainly recommend to friends and family to live here."
"I waited to review the property but since day one I fell in love . The staff is great my unit is perfect. They keep the property well maintained. Very convenient to Wal Mart & Target among many other stores and restaurants. Neighbors are cool also for the most part. I honestly have no complaints and I’m VERY picky. If your considering moving here I highly recommend

"I highly recommend living at The Oliver. The apartment complex is nearly new, with all amenities in excellent condition, and the area feels very safe. I like training in the gym with the downtown skyline as a view.
I want to give special thanks to Bert from the leasing office. He provided a thorough tour, answered all my questions, and made the leasing process seamless. On my move-in day, Bert went above and beyond, ensuring I was well accommodated by reserving the elevator and loading dock. His support and welcoming attitude made my transition smooth and enjoyable.
If you are wondering about the train noise, you can barely hear it, it’s impressively quiet."
"I moved into The Oliver in September of this year and it has been amazing so far! The amenities are great and everything is walkable in the area/safe. I had two minor issues in my apartment (breaker flipped when I turned the heat on and ice maker needed to be reset). Matthew, the maintenance manager was very kind and tentative! He fixed both issues and even changed my filter for me/asked if there was anything else I needed done around my apartment. I so appreciate the hospitality and kindness from him!"
