"The leasing team is very friendly, I just moved here from New York and Natalie and Elisa made the leasing process very easy and straight forward. Natalie is prompt with addressing my concerns and I’m overall very happy! I like all of the amenities and appliances that are offered with my unit. There’s a bunch to do in this area and the mall is essentially up the street."

Elisa and Nathalie played a crucial role in helping us decide to live in this wonderful location. Their kindness, helpfulness, and unwavering support made all the difference."
"The initial few months into our lease were great. But after multiple cars getting broken into, cars being stolen, random homeless people sneaking across the parking lot, and an influx of section 8 residents due to all of the vacant units, the property became unsafe for our family.
Small nuisances like the package lockers constantly being inaccessible, the electronic doors breaking/going offline, and the security gates not responding to the app weren't as big of a deal compared to the safety issues, but didn't make the experience any better. Another safety issue with the electronic doors were with blackouts. Anytime the power went out, there was no way to open the doors. Meaning you couldn't get into the building or open the gates and basically locked you out until the power was back on. Maybe it was a flook but we went through at least 8 blackouts in 1 year.
We've yet to receive our deposit back as well and it's been 1 and half years since moving out. I was reluctant to post this until we got the check but I'm tired of waiting. Speaking to the regional manager hasn't helped either. The property really is nice but poorly managed and doesn't seem worth the hassle. The staff constantly encourages you to post 5 stars regardless of any issues. It seems that a majority of the positive reviews are artificial and deceptive."
"This place is a dump, gates always broken, trash left wherever, piss in the elevators, cars broken into, crap on the grass, lawn care sucks, small parking spots, entrance door C is broken and slams hard every time it closes (probably still broken). They send these stupid ass emails saying what you can’t do and don’t even enforce their own rules, their workers paint walls with spray cans and charge like they’re professionals touching up areas, packages would get lost, people smoke in the elevator leading to fire alarm blaring at 3am. Seriously “Luxury” apartments??? Only luxury thing was the den and the lounge."
"This place is very different from a regular apartment complex like all the ones that are around the area.
It is basically one big building with a 4 floors to it, and like a big hole in the middle that has a pool and a barbecue area.
The building is brand new and has been around for less than five years.
It is located on a busy road with a lot of traffic, and many different stores and restaurants.
There is an elevator to get to the different floors and stairs of course.
You need a chip to open the doors that lead from the main lobby to the apartments, the Mail room and the fitness center.
Carmen and Courtney were lovely."
