"Absolutely Terrible Management & Living Conditions
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Living here has been nothing but a nightmare. We have dealt with flooding—twice, ant and cricket infestations, mold growing outside our door, and now a mice infestation that has forced us to throw away furniture, children’s clothes, and toys.
Management is completely unresponsive and negligent. Despite multiple reports, they refuse to properly address serious maintenance issues. On top of that, they suddenly refused to accept our rent payment and then moved forward with an eviction case without justification—even though we have proof of our good-faith attempt to pay.
If you’re considering moving here, DON’T. This place is poorly managed, unsanitary, and completely dismissive of tenants’ rights. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live."
"I’m paying $1600 to live here yet when my fridge handle cracked while I was normally opening my fridge, I put in a maintenance request to fix it & they charged me $127 for it as it’s not “normal wear & tear” like I broke the thing on purpose. Then gave me attitude on the phone saying it’s against my lease agreement to fix anything on my own, which they wouldn’t have even known about in the first place if I had. What’s the point of paying an arm & a leg to live here if you can’t take care of something simple for your residents, not my fault you offer cheap appliances. Not only that but my neighbor constantly leaves her two dogs in her yard during the day & night rendering me from being able to use my own yard because of the barking, as well as my upstairs neighbors puppy consistently barking throughout the day & night. The sour attitude the leasing office girls have is comical. Very happy my lease is ending, just another “new luxurious” trash community with trash employees"
"I am embarking on a cross country move from western NY to Conroe next month! Jessica has been so helpful throughout the whole process, available to answer all of my questions and concerns, and very patient. Great move-in specials, transparent about all fees/deposits/requirements. I was able to set up a tour for my sister (who was FaceTiming me) to see the grounds, facilities, and apartments, and set up all services remotely. Thankful the staff has made this a smooth transition!!"
"This is my new home. I absolutely love this place! The eminities are fantastic. They have a pool, multiple cooking/hangout areas. They have two dog parks and a dog washing station. The apartments themselves are also very luxurious. Everything is brand new, and they used high quality materials and brands upon install of each unit. The staff is very friendly, and the front manager Krystal, is a charm to talk to. They are very informative of things going on with maintenance and events and just general info. 10/10 would absolutely recommend."

"In May we were apartment hunting and came across The Madison at City Place! I called and spoke with Ashley Patton, she was beyond wonderful! I have two small babies and she was very patient with us! We fell in love with the community & ended up securing a 2 bedroom 2 bath! The units are spacious & amazing.
Once we moved in there were a few things that needed maintenance, it was a brand new unit so it was to be expected, but the maintenance staff was very quick & they were so KIND & had resolved everything with ease and in a timely manner.
We loved that The Madison had activities/ game nights! We met our neighbors and had a great time. So far our experience here has been nothing but awesome! Thank you to the amazing staff for making our time here so great!"
"We love living here! The staff has been so helpful in every day questions, answers, and concerns. My wife and I had some reservations at the beginning but Becca made us feel like we were at home before and during our stay here. She is truly exceptional and our go-to office gal."
