"If you looking for a place to live please save your self the time and money and do not move here it is horrible. Iv attached pictures of what’s happens after they have something repaired and some damages that they knew about for 6+ months and would not get repaired. They like to change their policy’s randomly and if it suits the office managements needs can’t get ahold of sun ridge management group they are charging me outrageous fees for move outs and are keeping the pet deposit but also charging me a pet cleaning fee which the pet deposit is supposed to cover.i paid a deposit to move in and for 9 months before I bought it they were charging me a deposit waiver fee the staff is unprofessional will say they will call you back and never do this has happened to me 5+ times in the 1 year I lived here. The propane grill dosent work and they won’t fix it the pool got green multiple times during the summer. The pool table is torn up and when I first got to the apartments there were only 2 pool sticks and they were broken then when they finally get new pool sticks they send out and email saying you have to give something to get them . It’s just way to expensive for what you get and they say you get all these amenities that they don’t keep up with or take care off"
"We were originally going to rent here but our situation changed. We ended up needing to back out of the lease we signed and the staff here was more than understanding. They made the process painless and did not charge us a single fee for needing to back out of our agreement. Every interaction we had with them from the initial inquiry to the lease signing was extremely pleasant. You can tell the staff (Stacy in particular) actually care about your experience as a tenant and I'm sure any resident who does rent here will be in good, capable hands."

From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was greeted by Dana and Michelle, who provided exceptional service and made the entire process a breeze. They went above and beyond to address all my inquiries and helped me secure my apartment within the same week.
My apartment at The Loop Apartments has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and comfort. The amenities provided have been fantastic, offering everything I need to feel right at home. The only minor suggestion I have is the implementation of Valet Trash service and more frequent dumpster emptying, as they tend to fill up quickly. Nevertheless, these are small inconveniences that do not overshadow the overall positive experience.
One of the major advantages of living at The Loop Apartments is its fantastic location. Being situated next to popular stores like HEB, Target, and Walmart, provides great convenience for everyday needs. Additionally, the complex features two charming dog parks, a scenic trail, and some captivating sculptures, making it a great place for pet owners and nature enthusiasts alike.
The area is remarkably peaceful and well-maintained, contributing to a serene living environment. The maintenance team at The Loop Apartments, comprised of two incredibly skilled individuals, deserves special mention. They have promptly addressed any maintenance requests I've had and demonstrated their commitment to ensuring the complex is in top-notch condition.

Dana and Michelle's exceptional assistance, combined with the outstanding amenities and prime location, have made my experience here truly enjoyable. "I was in a state of wanting to jump out on a leap of faith and move to a new town, meet new people and start my business. Ms.Patty was able to get me in an apartment within the same week. I had some complications after my move but Ms. Michelle was able to help me get it together. God bless these women, the apartment is modern and amazing. The community is peaceful and friendly. Moving to a new town you would want to move somewhere where you know you’re safe and your belongings stays safe and I am thankful I chose the right apartment complex."
