"The apartment's security is practically nonexistent at night—they don’t patrol, and it seems like they just go to sleep. The gate is constantly broken, leaving the place wide open. This is what happened to a car here: its wheels were stolen. If you don’t want your wheels taken, stay far away from this place."
"This place is horrible. My water smelled disgusting for 6 months.. I gave them 3 requests for remediation didn't happen until the 4th try. Their solution? Fill my hot water heater with hydrogen peroxide rendering my water just as undrinkable for another month. I was charged a deposit a second time when renewing my lease which I'm pretty sure is not policy. When told that shouldn't have occurred they didn't offer to refund me one of the deposits anyway. The management company had changed just before I moved in and as I'm moving out it has changed again. In the month of July our power went out for 5 days and 6 days but my electricity bill was higher than it had ever been. After the power outage, the apartment became infested with roaches. For you own mental health, please avoid these apartments. I may even be taking these guys to small claims court my experience has been so deplorable."

"I've lived here for four years and haven't regretted a day. The staff goes above and beyond to help with all your needs. I'm not sure why it only had a 3.9 rating, it should have a 5.0 across the board.
After 6 years and under new management, it's time to relocate, the maintenance people are awesome,but the new management has a lot to be desired."
"First lease was sunshine and rainbows. Second round has been nothing but issues. Old management would do about 4-5 random inspections a year for “fire safety.” It was normal to get 2 days notice. With the 2 days notice, these inspections were manageable to fit into a family’s schedule. New management will give you less than 24 hours notice for ‘smoking’ inspections, which is not easy at all. Rent increase after first lease. The landscaping is a lot messier than it used to be.
Power was out for 5 days following the 2024 derecho. Power was out for 7 days following hurricane Beryl when the complex across the street regained power within 3 days.
Front desk people and maintenance have always been nice. The issues have always been management-related.
If you’re an experienced renter, this is just a run of the mill management company that follows whatever their corporate rules are. If you pay rent on time, every month, don’t expect to be treated differently than someone who does not. Don’t expect to have renter’s rights here. This is an OK place for the short term. If you expect your life to change looking into the long term, I would seriously reconsider finding a nearby townhome rental for the same price."
