"We had an excellent time living at the Left Bank. It is a great, quiet property in a well placed location within Houston. While living there, we felt that the units were priced competitively and were well maintained. We had minimal issues while there and any issues were resolved well. I would highly recommend the Left Bank."
"I was looking The perfect apartment for over 2 years and I finally found it! It is an awesome location near lots of parks, grocery stores, Buffalo Bayou, bike/walking trails, restaurants, bars, and safe area. It also is very reasonably priced for the area and has quick & nice maintenance staff!"

"I lived in these apartments for almost 3 years, before i sadly had to move out due to a relocation out of Houston. This is the best apartment complex in Houston. The location is excellent, close to the parks, downtown and galleria. The apartments themselves are fantastic, and very different from the average cookie-cutter apartments: they have a personality and are vert spacious, with high ceilings and quality appliances. The pool is great, with fantastic views of the Bayou, and the parking spaces are convenient (although they can get crowded at times). Pet owners will love the green areas in the back: the massive park is a great place to walk your dog, and let it run around. The community itself is great, most people are extremely friendly.
Maintenance requests are managed in a timely fashion, and the personnel itself is great. I had a Bayou-facing unit, and the views were the best in Houston. There are a few cons that could impact some people: the gym itself is small and dated (i pay for a gym membership, so no issues for me)...and outside of the pool and the massive , there are not a lot of common areas like lounges for remote-working. One last thing: you will be right on the Bayou...most of the year, this means great views and access to a massive green space. During serious rain events, the area might get flooded: i didnt personally experience any issues in 3 years.
Overall, i would strongly recommend this place to anyone. Great building, great green spaces, great community and great maintenance staff."
"I lived here for about 1.5 years, and it was really great overall! The office staff and maintenance were always helpful and friendly. The location is great, the price of the apartment was decent for the area, and the apartments were mostly soundproof (except for some creaking from above and the windows). It was a great place to host our friends since the E floorplan had a good layout for this.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the single pane windows. A lot of noise leaked into the apartment since I was facing the road. Even after cleaning we had issues with mildew coming back on most of the windows every 1-2 months, especially during the winter. The windows weren’t great at keeping the heat or cold out either, and a lot of condensation would form on the interior side during winter."
