"Update #2: They installed a vending machine with a facial recognition-(not surveillance) camera that’s always on! huge privacy issue!! Why do we need to be watched without our consent, data collected, just to buy a snack? —And now they’ve shut down the community room/resident lounge (yes, no more community room/resident lounge) guess they decided we don’t deserve one anymore. Feels like they’re deliberately trying to ruin the place!
Update: ? REF FLAG—after multiple thefts, including one serious enough to make the news. Despite numerous complaints from residents about trespassers causing disturbances, making community pool unusable due to large groups of outsiders taking over, leaving residents scared to even step outside and vandalizing property!!the management’s solution was to make things worse by allowing anyone to rent a room for a night as if this were some kind of motel. If you care about your security and peace of mind, avoid this place. If you’re thinking about moving here, run."
"What a great experience living here. Kirbi was amazing and so helpful when I needed it. The maintenance was timely and helpful and I loved how they make sure common grounds are immaculate.. They’re always proactive with updating the areas and overall really happy living there. I lived there for 5 years and moved because I got engaged.."
"8/30 update - all elevators working! Pool is also up and running since beginning of summer. Wishlist items - can the ac stay on after hours in the community room? Tried to go go twice at 8pm, and both times felt like 80 there.... other than that, no major complaints. Maintenance staff is still super responsive if tickets are placed appropriately.
11/3 update - glad to update that 2 of 3 elevators are back online. However, apartment management has now decided to close the pool till 2024 for remodel and when it's all over and done with, the apartment will lose the hot tub. I was really looking forward to be able to use the hottub once the elevators started working..... however leasing staff is still very nice, so will update to 4stars.
10/21 Update - while the staff is still very nice, the 3rd and final elevator in the complex is finally out, and now presents a safety issue for my elderly mom staying with us. The other 2 elevators have been inoperable for more than 3 and 10 months respectively, and there should not be any reason why all 3 elevators are out. If anyone knows what my options are, please let me know. If only the elevators are not an issue, this apartment complex has the potential to be 5 stars, but for now I can only give it 3.

"The quality of life for me here as a resident use to be better. They took out the jacuzzi, the cable tv in the workout center and removed the tv from the lobby. Increased rent and added 'admin' fee to each single utility. Before there was nice landscaping all around the building. Now it's solely the front area and courtyard. Other parts of the building look unattended and shabby. The dog park area in the back doesn't look nice at all. Broken and unlocked doors all around. Zero security. You can tell by all the ring cams popping up people don't feel all that safe. Parking gates constantly break and remain open long periods randomly. Over 30 car break ins one night that made the news and they didn't even clean the glass from the parking lot. The only thing management cares about is you paying the rent on time. The workout center is small and outdated. The pictures you see on the website is not the equipment they have. Game room/Resident lounge is old and outdated. Place down the street has a bowling alley in there game room. A dog washing station area. Amazon lockers. Cabanas in there pool area. We don't have any of that! We have a confusing entryway and a non existent doorbell system. People will have to call you for entry and you will have to use an app to unlock the door. Very annoying getting food deliveries after the front office closes. I will say that the apartments are clean, the neighbors are pretty respectful and courteous. The maintenance crew always does a good job. If you were to rent I would recommend signing a short term lease to see if it's a good fit for you."
"New management has really turned the building down hill. If not for the areas amenities I would never live here. The apartments are nice but security is lacking. Cars have been vandalized multiple times. Broken doors all around the building. Certain areas are just totally neglected. The front looks nice. The sides and the back are horrendous. The last staff was much more helpful and attentive. We use to have free food trucks and things like that. Now it's just higher fees and rent increases but nothing to increase residents quality of life or security."
