"Clean atmosphere apartments are really clean. The pool is very nice and all of the people are very good at helping. The service. People never fail to come and The delivery for the Amazon boxes is also very good. The mail always comes on time and the elevators are good."
"My dog and I love living here! My apartment has all I need and feels spacious with very high ceilings and windows facing the lake. Many stores, restaurants and services are within walking distance. I have secure covered parking space on the same floor on which I live! Facility staff quickly fix what needs repair. It feels secure and the staff are very professional and friendly."
"When I moved into my new apartment, the experience with the staff (Rachelle Figueroa) was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial application process to the day I received my keys, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The leasing office staff (Rachelle Figueroa & Andre) were friendly and responsive, answering all my questions and providing clear instructions on the required documentation.
On moving day, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect order. They had the apartment spotless and even helped me with the moving logistics. Mrs. Figueroa checked in with me later that day to ensure the move went smoothly and to see if I needed anything else.

"I recently moved in to The Grand and was immediately impressed. The staff, Rachelle and Deann, are the absolute best and friendliest managers I have dealt with. They are professional, caring, and very attentive to the residents' needs to ensure they feel welcomed and at home. The apartments are beautiful, the pool is amazing, great gym, a library/work area overlooking the lake, and the residents are friendly. The managers are proactive and hold monthly events for the residents, providing opportunities to meet other residents. And the location?? La Centerra is the absolute best, as we can walk from our front door to many restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, Central Green (which hosts live bands and play area for kids), and multiple sports bars. Wow! Driving becomes unnecessary! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!! Thank you The Grand!!"
