"At this moment I’m highly disappointed with my move. I literally had a panic/ anxiety attack. And had to call out of work because I’m so stressed out. The smell is so horrible it smells like a roach infestation and the place was not clean at all. This is a classic apartment however I expect things to be in functioning order. The cabinets in the kitchen won’t close. The stove is outdated,I get that because it’s a classic apartment but this stove is actually a fire hazard and in safety violation. The handle on the stove is about to fall off when I open the door and the door makes a noise as if it is about to fall off the hinges.Also the area where the knobs to control the stove eyes and oven that’s on the stove, that whole part is cracked open and wires are exposed. The kitchen counter is broken and is not stable,I tried leaning on it and I thought I was going to fall it actually separated from the wall. Moving to the area where the washer and dryer is. It smells like roaches and mold in that area. The washer is dirty and has built up grime in and on it. I put a cycle on with just bleach and water and stuff started to come and float in the water. Going to the dryer tell me why was there a screen full of lint. Going to the guest bathroom the sink is falling as well the cabinets can’t close in there either because the sink is actually leaning forward. Plus the tub is not draining properly in the guest bathroom. The window seals in each room plus sliding door was filthy and hasn’t been cleaned in years. The vents were dirty and filled with dust and dirt even the filter area was dirty and disgusting. I got my key on Friday morning no leasing agent walked me through but I went up there with the little footage that I had at that point to show the agent and he stated someone will get to it this week but I can’t even put my stuff in there with the place smelling like that. So for 4 hrs Friday I cleaned, came back Saturday it still smelled. And this was after me mopping the floors walls and ceilings. Saturday is when I had the panic attack because it smelled so bad even after 4 hrs of cleaning so after the attack I cleaned for 3hrs. It still smelled bad. Today is Sunday I woke up at 3am went there and cleaned but this time the windows the window seal, the vents the filter area the back of the fridge the back of the washer and dryer. This time basically like 10 hrs of cleaning today. I can’t wait till Monday to speak with the property manager and show her the videos plus pictures that I have. I have not put my belongings in there I basically did the cleaning that should have been done for me since I paid a deposit. Smh I have to leave work early so I can hopefully speak to the property manager because this is unacceptable.
Signed: Mad tenant after 4hrs of getting keys to new apt. UPDATE: still have issues with maintenance team not doing work orders and then they put in the system as if the job is done. Now I’m having issues with the rent but no one is responding to me."
"Unfortunately, you have to give them one star to be able to rate them. I would not recommend anyone to live in these apartments. Nobody solves anything, not even the manager has any answers. If something gets damaged, it can take months after months until they deign to come and fix things for you, Many cockroaches, it's very ugly to live like that"

Noise by neighbors.
Roaches are an issue but pest control comes weekly and they do their best.
Sometimes take a bit to fix things.
Mold. Toxic black mold. They fix it but it’s different instances.
Pros: friendly leasing office staff they do the best with what they have.
Remodeled apartments have great quality new appliances.
The first floor has nice flooring and cute porches.
Plenty of parking space.
Conveniently located apartments.
Rent is super affordable.
It’s a safe community."
"Experienced everything from ants, crickets, ear wigs, gnats and roaches. I've been out on the spraying list and it don't help, if they're even doing it. All the requests I made when I first moved in haven't been solved and that was almost 4 months ago. Was promised a updated unit, it was NOT updated and had yet to be finished like I asked since I'm paying for a updated unit and it is not. If you have a issue with your neighbor destroying property or banging on your door don't go to the front office even if you have proof because they will kick you both out even if you've been reporting it since you moved in 4 months earlier. They have black mold like crazy, the apartments aren't finished, my closet had a chunk of wall missing out of the bottom. If you report the black mold nothing will be done. I reported the mold over a month ago and not a single word. 10/10 do not live here. Office staff wise Minerva I'd great and very helpful everyone else is pretty much incompetent."
"For the love of God do NOT move here!!! Ever since moving in we have had an extreme roach infestation which we have brought to the attention of the front office SEVERAL times. There is mold growing above our shower. There’s a strange smell we can’t seem to get rid of in the kitchen. Our AC went out for 3 days right after I got home from the hospital. It took 3 trips to the office to get them to do something about it. Our sewage line has been clogged twice causing back flow into our toilets, bathtubs and sinks. Since we can’t use the bathroom in our unit the front office was letting us use another unit but when we went in last night to use the bathroom there was a man sleeping on the floor. Apparently the man sleeping on the floor is a resident from a different unit who does not have AC and maintenance failed to tell us and the man. We are on day 2 without working toilets and outside the building the sewage water is above ground and draining into the storm drain. So unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a run down, roach infested apartment, don’t even bother touring."
"I’m not happy because o Find out my contract is supost end on march 20 2025 and you put it on may 20 2025 I didn’t move in may i move in march so my contract nefasto to end in march 20 2025 you not decide for me to move in or out"
"I lived here from March or April of 2023 until the end of May 2024. Maintenance takes FOREVER to see your place. Our AC went out TWICE in the TEXAS HEAT . Maintenance man came after a week, than while there maybe 15 minutes he said he needed something, he would be right back. Never came back. Nothing gets fixed if you put in a request online either. Everything seemed to fall apart. Door handles kept breaking off the door. In the kitchen the "marble design" was literally peeling off. EXTREMELY ROACH INFESTED. We did multiple bug bombs. And at first it seemed it worked . After a while it felt the same like it didn't do anything. The schools are alright. My son didn't really like the middle school. Only good thing was the strip infront of the complex. Where Kroger and the other places were. Very convenient, other than that, that's it that was decent there!"
