"I am so grateful for Cami. Not only is she knowledgeable and transparent, but she is also genuine, caring and an active listener. My daughter and I moved in this past weekend. She’s truly been a blessing to us! During the application process, and even after, Cami kept open communication with me consistently. She answered every question that I had, and I had a ton of them. She represents the true meaning of going above and beyond! Since we’ve moved in, the property has been so quiet and peaceful. The residents and staff are always smiling and so welcoming. The property is also very well kept and clean. In addition, there’s rarely a time when the pictures actually match the property once you see it “in-person.” In this case, the pictures do actually match the property. Schedule a tour and see for yourself. Oh, and ask for Cami… of course ?"
"Do not move to Everson, nothing works here with the new administration, it was not like that before, now nothing works, the elevators seem to have been bought in TEMU, the cockroaches live with you as if you were family because they are everywhere, the pool is always green, they would rather make a swamp for frogs and turtles because it is useless for anything else, everything is dirty and full of insects, the administration always charges extra fees in the rent that have no explanation, think about it carefully before moving in, the price is excessive for the low quality of this place, do not move here, everything is horrible, the cockroaches should pay rent, there are so many. I must clarify that I have lived here since the apartments opened in 2023 and before it was a wonderful place, I cannot say the same now. What a disaster this place is."

"I’m enjoying my experience here. The new management is really trying to make positive change. The pool has been bluer than ever. They constantly have resident events. The team in the office is really nice and their maintenance guys are very quick! I’m happy here and I’m sure it’s only going to get better. Not sure why they have so many negative reviews but take them with a grain of sat."
"We love it here, this is our second year living in the Everson Apartments and is a really quiet complex. The staff is really nice, Alex, Natalia, Cam and Nicole are always friendly and solve everything on time. :)"
