"I actually don’t recommend these apartments. These apartments are infested with roaches and they don’t care about the tenants. They keep switching people in the leasing office who don’t know what’s going on. And beg for people to leave good reviews. All these reviews are fake. Don’t move here it’s not worth what they are charging for rent"
"On November 5th I spoke to the office clerk about the problems that have been going on in our apartment since the hurricane. and I told her that there was an empty parking space at the entrance to my apartment number 139. But two days later I was surprised to find a red car in this parking space. While all new tenants park their cars at the entrances to their apartments, parking space number 139 was also given to apartment number 151 even though it has a parking space at its entrance. Anyhow, none of you respond to my messages.
Since we rented the apartment we were told that if one of the parking spaces is empty we can move one of our cars there. While there are 12 parking spaces in front of the building we cannot park near the entrance to the apartment. Knowing that there are eight apartments in this building and three or four have been unoccupied for last few weeks, we suffer from the lack of parking near our apartment despite the presence of parking at the entrance to the apartment, which has led to our suffering due to entering between the cars near the entrance to the apartment when carrying our things, which has led to many quarrels with the owners of those cars due to the inability to avoid touching that car when carrying our things. In addition to that I have an issue in my left knee.
Of course, going and talking to you is no longer useful. The lady in the office will say, as usual, that the Manager is not there and she is the one who decides. And the Manager will not respond to my messages.
Anyhow, In the last message I received from you on November 6th, says that you are working on our building parking situation and you will get with me later today with an updated parking space. But what happened was someone else had already parked in front of his apartment and got another in front of my apartment.
I expect this problem to be solved soon
