"I had a really great experience at the Cove recently. I am planning to move soon and I visited the Cove and met with Courtney. I didn't have an appointment but she greeted me warmly and seemed genuinely glad to see me and give me a tour. She provided lots of information about the community and I didn't feel rushed at all as we talked over the questions I had. I liked everything I saw, and when in our discussion a potential obstacle to my tenancy arose, she didn't just shrug and oh well sorry, quite the reverse. She offered to do some further research,make some inquiries up the chain of command , so to speak, and promised to get back to me one way or the other-- and she did just that. I heard back in two days with an answer and the problem was resolved. Courtney is a real Problem Solver, and that means a lot to have allies working for you who want to make your experience in your home place a positive one. I think Courtney speaks well for the high standard the Cove sets for its employees. If you're looking for a new apartment home

"I’m really not the one to go on google to do any kind of reviews. I have to let it be known these apartments are not a good place to live just trash. whether you have a family or a single guy like me. The foundation and rodents problem is out of control and I keep my place cleaned. When I moved out because the foundation is causing the walls to crack they charged me and took my $400 deposit that wasn’t even my fault. Do yourself a favor and find better. Shame on you The cove apartments."
"my patio door had a .5 inch gap at the top where it didn't fully close. The apartment building itself had structural damage that they needed to shuffle the first floor around to deal with (they never told me on the second floor about this). I had to kill at least one cockroach a week for the duration of my lease, sometimes more. I saw mouse droppings. They gave at least three cockroaches the landlord special when repainting, which is impressive considering how skiddish cockroaches are that they were so used to human contact that they allowed themselves to be squished by a paint roller.
The bathroom sink hot water came out brown, which is most likely just old rusty pipes, but not a good look. The bath water stained the tub. Every surface that should have been flat was warped and bowed, which is impressive since it shouldnt be flood damage on the second floor. There was also mold that kept growing back no matter which cleaning product I tried.
The laundry rooms always had at least one washer and dryer out of order, even though they increased the cost. The parking lots were fine, dont pay for a numbered spot since everyone just parks where ever they want. Gates worked, I was never super worried about the area but in a couple years I could see it being a worse neighborhood. The location was otherwise convenient.
The employees were fine, I never had a negative experience with them.
If you're going to look make sure you check the shower head height, I'm 6'3" and the shower head was at shoulder level. There also were zero ceiling lights and ceiling fans in my apartment, which is fine since I like the dark and it kept the power bill low, but kinda inconvenient."

"This place is a joke I've been here 2 months I have 10 months to deal with this place and their roaches. Help Today Lord Jesus. My kitchen sink has been leaking since I moved in. The exterminators don't come till 4:00 in the evening but I need to be gone for 4 hours ??????"
