"Up to this day, I haven’t received a quote to apply when kelsey said she would send. Even after following up via email. No information was given when I toured this place which I did have to reschedule since I showed up and there was no one there. Had to drive back twice in the same day.
And no, the email address was not incorrect. As a leasing agent, you should know my phone number and email address was provided when I booked the tour. My friend went to tour the same place and you all did not provide him with any information either. This is truly unprofessional."
"I've called several times and even sent an inquiry online regarding receiving information about the apartments. No one ever answers the phone, they never return your call, and they do not respond to your inquiries. It is bad for business if you're interested in being a resident here because the staff aren't even present before signing a lease."
"I love living here. It’s the most peaceful place I’ve lived in in years. The property is clean, the manager, Kelsey is always available. What I love the most is the appliances and the wood floors. I 100% recommend it."

"I’ve had water and waste erupting from my garbage disposal for about 4 months and have put in several requests for a plumber to come out. Yet, a maintenance worker keeps “repairing” it and the issue is never fully resolved. This is ridiculous that I can’t use my sink after how much I pay in rent. I need this rectified!!"
"I scheduled a tour for Saturday July 13th at 11:00am, showed up ON TIME to the leasing office and no one was there. Even though they were supposed to be open since 10:00am I waited a few minutes and no one came. I tried calling many times and the phone didn’t ring. It’s funny how they make you lost your time.

I walked-in to the leasing office again, this time with no appointment; Angela did great and gave me the tour. Thank you!"
