"I would not recommend living here for many reasons. First of all it's not safe, I couldn't tell you how many emails I've got about car theft and vandalism. I see cops arresting someone or parked in the apartments with lights on at least twice a month. But the main reason I don't recommend living here is the mold problem. I've had the office come and "fix" it twice. The first time they did absolutely nothing. The second time they basically painted over the mold. The A/C sits right over my bathroom so it leaks on to my bathroom ceiling and comes out of the vents. It's been 3 weeks since they "fixed" it and the mold is already growing back on the vents. Even though I've expressed my concern for my health to the office and desperately asking them to help me out of my lease, they will not help me. I am stuck here and constantly sick. I’m not able to post pictures here but if you look at my review on yelp I have pictures of the mold in my bathroom for reference."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would, there is mold in my apartment which I have notified the office about. They sent contractors to “clean” it but nothing changed. And the contractors just left a worse mess in my apartment. I cleaned it myself and the mold grew back. I notified the apartment again but they will not let me leave even though I’m getting sick all the time because of it. So I am being forced to stay here while the contractors come in and destroy my apartment again. DONT MOVE HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU."
"My husband, two small children and I have lived at this apartment complex for over 3 years. We really enjoyed it at first, Michelle always took great care of us. After that management changed and we felt things change big time. Our car was broken into 3 different times. We made the office aware and they did nothing. We started to get roaches and ants when we had never dealt with them before, you would call and leave a message because they never answered the phone and no calls were returned. Overall just felt very uncomfortable living there towards the end and we were ready to get out. Not to mention they overcharge and slowly add on “service fees” onto rent and but don’t explain what they are for. Overall I don’t recommend living here. You can find something less expensive, nicer, and better service else where."
"I absolutely adore my apartment. Quiet and serene. Samantha and Michelle in the office are fantastic. It is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend! (Photos from as I was moving in, before furniture was added!)"

"Like a chain restaurant but apartment style. Management is super nice, when you are actually able to get ahold of them. The ladies in the office have switched 2-3 times in the year I lived here. Some of which even admitting to not logging into the email to check whatever messages have been sent. Which is quite frustrating as someone who worked the same hours as the office. They dont return calls or messages you leave. They have reached out via text more after my lease ending than they have the entire time Ive lived there. The only way to maintain the quality apartment you are shown in the walk through is to have maintenance men come in once a month to repair whatever has broken or fallen apart. If you can trust them to do said job as not to mention maintenance men have entered my apartment a day earlier than scheduled for a fire inspection only for them to not fix the broken fire alarm. When brought to the attention of front office the lady gave little reaction and a quick apology. We had an incident where someone in the apartment complex across the street tried purposely causing a car accident, neither apartments where any help in providing any proof so that we could have taken legal action. The electricity is very sketchy and the entire front three rooms, (i.e bathroom, bedroom, entry way) all on the same breaker. The base rent is low(ish) due to the apartments being made and maintained with low quality materials. They will try to sneak any kind of fees onto your rent. The apartments are located right next to an elementary school where people speed through the school zone everyday. Location is in the center of Conroe which is blessing and a curse. The Abbeys front office sign is however in a very dangerous spot and blocks the sight of on coming traffic, almost causing dozens of accidents. I do not recommend, you can find better for your money right down the road."
