"My wife, son, and I moved into Summerwell Sunterra this past weekend. The overall community is great, and the Summerwell team has been amazing to work with. Luca has been tremendous throughout the entire lease process, providing updates and getting us all squared away on move in day. The maintenance Supervisor, Johnny, is incredible! He’s quick to help out, does great work, and is friendly and professional. We look forward to calling Summerwell Sunterra home these next couple years!"
"I had an amazing experience at Summerwell Apartment Homes! The leasing agent (Luca) and property manager (Sarah) were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. As an apartment locator, they were more than happy to allow me to take some content, and they were supportive throughout the entire process. It’s clear they truly care about providing excellent service and making the community feel like a warm, inviting place to live. Highly recommend this property!"

"Our Maintenance Guy is so polite, knowledgeable and patient. As new tenants he has responded to all of our requests and answers questions without hesitation. A big thank you to Johnny."
