"This was the worst experience I've EVER had when trying to apply for an apartment. I was encouraged by Melva to submit an application after touring the property. So I did the following day, paid the application amount + a fee that they charge on top of that. Totalling $80.00!! However, the application never even got processed past that point and the communication SUCKED as to what the issue was after trying numerous times to contact her to find out. I was pretty much ignored BUT they had NO PROBLEM keeping the $80.00!!! To most people that may not be alot of money but to me it was!!!! I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The complex that I did end up renting from has been AMAZING!!!! :)"
"Most of these reviews are from fake profiles. My mother lived here for 10 years and there was so much crime that was mishandled my management that she left. They raised her rent ridiculously over that time, regardless of the fact that she always paid rent on time. Management does not care at all about you or the money you spend to live here. They are just there to collect a paycheck."
"ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!!!! DID I MENTION ROACHES! The property managers are nice HOWEVER whomever they hired to clean the apartment needs to be fired, sued, not paid….something! My baby toddled across the floor and his feet are BLACK! This apartment looks NOTHING like the one they show you! Make sure you don’t commit to this place unless you just have no other option. I would have never moved into a unit with roaches and just outright NASTY! Then the neighbor allows their dog to pee right on the outside front doorstep entrance area so it smells horrible! I literally JUST moved in a few days ago?. This is so disappointing and disgusting. I have small children and this is literally my first apartment. I can’t even invite anyone over for a house warming because this is embarrassing."
"i wanted to let you know of my appreciation for Luis's (Maintenance) hard work. I have been at Stonecreek Apartments for 3-1/2 years and have definitely noticed his dedication, but the past couple of weeks reassured me that he is an extraordinary person.
As you know, I started having problems with my A/C (Apt. 15104) back around August 9th. Luis has diligently worked constantly, even after hours, to get the problems - as there were many - fixed. His attention to every detail and his professional work definitely impressed me. He would constantly check with me before he left the premises to make sure everything was working ok. Not a lot of people would do this.
He responds quickly to problems and works professionally to get things done correctly. He never demonstrates reproach when he had to come twice after hours. He was actually always very cheerful and personable and willing to do anything to fix the problem. He exceeded my expectations."
"There were a lot stuff in the beginning but they were fixed like 2 weeks after. The floor in the bathroom which is flooded is my number 1 worry rn I’m afraid they charge me later for that( hopefully not) we already complained 4 times about it and they haven’t done anything. The customer service is awful btw(I don’t know how they work there) The only good thing is the maintenance guy( 2 stars for him)"
