"This is a terrible place. I actually love the space my apartment has but it comes with many problems. There’s a roach infestation in this complex that every resident seems to complain about, even Linda shared with me she has roaches and use pine sol as a remedy I guess. I put in maintenance requests that has taken months to resolve. I let my renters insurance lapse by accident due to not updating my card on file in December and was charged $35. As soon as I realized I updated my card and asked for the $35 to be credited. They refused saying no credit could be given. Of course this is upsetting because I’m dealing with roaches and failed maintenance requests and paying almost $2k, I can not wait til my lease is up. The roaches are bad here, they come out the sink, behind electrical plates, they are in the stove, which I’ve had them replace. Roaches also have gotten in the dishwasher. They keep treating my apartment and not the building, so this is a problem that will never be fix ed. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone unless you want a headache."
"I can’t wait to finish up my contract here! They over charged you for utility bills even when you prove and explain to them, in my case I spend months out of town. Some months my water bill is $45 others olmost $90 when it’s NO WATER USE AT ALL! Since I’m not home . Valet trash ! You paid for a service that it’s just useless! They don’t pick up your trash and still charge you for the service. They said they just switched to another valet trash, but what about hall those months they charged us for nothing, when we have to throw our trash ourselves. Other than that! The place. Is quite nice. Just need management that takes care of residents in my case I hate paying for something I’m not using or getting the services. I don’t get nothing for free anywhere !"
"If you expect to lease from some where, where they never answer phone calls and complete your work orders this is perfect for you. I’ve had an infestation of roaches in my unit, my electricity was stolen from my unit to my neighbors unit and nothing was done about it. I have work orders from day 1! Not fulfilled. I’ve had my unit mysteriously flooded TWICE. Property damaged on the 2nd time, no one even called us to tell us what happened and an apology. I had to go to the office because once again no answer. They’re changed their staff since i’ve been here. The girls are clueless. Linda is very nice and the only person that cares about tenants. Tia the property manager is also nice and tries to work with you. But since that flood in my house I emailed about getting some type of compensation for my damaged property that should be covered from their property insurance. Your garage is so old you have to click it about 10 times for it to finally close. We were suppose to have 2 clickers since the lease started and I STILLL have no extra clicker. Maintenance is a joke. These apartments are old and theres dust everywhere. I have mold in my rr I’ve told them about. Our lease was suppose to be finished on the 25th of August. We’ve told these girls before hand we wanted to see if we could switch units because we’ve had too many problems in our current unit. Why are we paying this much for our apt if they don’t even keep it up to date with work orders and we’re not satisfied. you literally have 1 closet for all of your things. We’ve been going in and out of the office trying to be on these girls about what unit they will have and was told “we will give a call back” never happened of course. Now since our leasing office did not do their due diligence, their lack of work ethic falls on us and they want us to pay these crazy amount for a unit or complex that is not worth it. We just want to move out already, I have a toddler and this environment is not ok for my family. They don’t want to work with you for their own doings. I’ve lived in many other apartments and i’ve never had a problem with 60 day notices and moving out but here. They’re not very professional and understanding. This should not fall on a tenet because the workers are not doing their job. So if you want to live in a stressful complex, feel free to move in here."
"This was an okay place to move to until new management. They overly priced and not work paying almost 2k a month. The staff Linda is very nice and a sweetheart I loved her. Anytime I would put a work order in it took them weeks to even get to and they always said oh they are on the way that day and never came. The gates are always broken, people with dogs don’t clean up after themselves. They will always say they are going to make a courtesy call to the noises tenants and never did. I broke my lease due to a family emergency and they sent me a 4k bill which isn’t fair all because I couldn’t give a 60 day notice they fees are so ridiculous I don’t recommend"
"I have been a resident of Spencer @Park Row for over 8 years. Since residing here, maintenance has always been excellent. The main worker Oscar has been the one who primarily responds to my request. Oscar is very professional and proficient at his job. He is timely and also makes sure the area is clean before leaving.

"My experience at Spencer has been nothing short of stellar. The leasing staff as well as the manager were very helpful and professional. I have not experienced that in a leasing office in quite some time. Anytime I reached out, Litzy was on top of it and responded in a timely manner. Rue was very professional when she showed me the unit and was sure to answer any questions. If she did not have the answer, she would be sure to get it. The unit I received upon move in was very clean. I am very happy to call Spencer home and I am enjoying my new living space."
