"I highly recommend Solea Copperfield to anyone seeking a safe, comfortable, and convenient living space. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and the community is quiet and friendly. The management team is incredibly responsive to any concerns with timely maintenance and repairs. The location is perfect with easy access to shopping, dining, medical facilities, and highways. The amenities include security gates, in apartment laundry, pool, grilling areas, fitness center, structured in-house and travel events, and many opportunities for community gatherings. The complex is very pet friendly with a gated dog run area."
"I can’t speak highly enough of Solea Copperfield! My mom has been living here for some time now, and she absolutely loves it. The staff is wonderful, and the community is warm and welcoming. One of the things that stands out most to me is the wide variety of interactive activities they offer. From arts and crafts to social events, there’s always something engaging happening that keeps my mom active and connected. It’s clear that they really prioritize the well-being of their residents, not just in terms of care, but in providing opportunities for fun and fulfillment. I feel so relieved knowing she’s in such a vibrant and caring environment. Highly recommend!"
"The last seven years has been full of challenges from selling our ‘forever home’ to finding a safe, secure home-like environment for me and my husband. Also, it was important to be in a community offering a variety of activities, social affairs, exercise room, a clubhouse and on site management.
Our patio apartment at Solea Copperfield met all of our needs, wants and expectations.

"I have been a resident of Solea Copperfield since it was constructed 8 years ago. I wouldn’t live anywhere else! I love the neighborhood location and have ALWAYS felt safe. People are welcoming and very friendly, having made many wonderful friends. It is truly a COMMUNITY to me. Many of us have started our own activities over the years in addition to Solea activities. It’s HOME to me! All my maintenance requests were handled expeditiously. We have a wonderful manager who is welcoming and available when I need a response to a suggestion or problem that may arise. I hope to be able to continue living here for many years. It has everything I need."
"We have had our apartment at Solea Copperfield since March of 2022. It is actually our second home. It was our intent to stay for one year yet three years later, here we are! We feel safe and secure while here and while away. The grounds are lovely and well maintained as are the apartment units. We make use of the pool in warm weather and our granddaughter delights in the Koi ponds. Residents are the best! They are welcoming and have formed a true family like community. Management is attentive, efficient and always responsive."
"I love living at Solea Copperfield! This 55+ active adult community is everything I was looking for and more. The resort-style amenities, from the pool to the fitness center and clubhouse, make it easy to stay active and enjoy life.
My one-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I need, including high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a big walk-in closet.
The on-site management team and maintenance staff are always friendly and responsive, making this truly a stress-free and maintenance-free living experience.

"This is a wonderful senior community and I have made lots of friends and there are tons of activities every month. They have a beautiful big walk-in closet, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Plus a washer and dryer! Their apartments are a little bit bigger than comparable ones because I have compared them And this is the best!"
"My husband and I moved here July 2022, and we are so glad we did. The swimming pool is awesome!
We got a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a study, and it’s almost the size of our 3 bedroom 2 bath house we sold. The layout is so open, we don’t closed in like we did at our house. I finally have an island kitchen! We love the peace and quiet, and everyone we have met so far is so nice. Suzi and Pam in the office are so sweet and helpful. We are planning on staying here for a long time."
"We felt sure this community would be special when we moved here in 2020. Because of the caring community fostered by neighbors and by the managing staff, we will stay. Kudos to Sparrow Living and its partners for allowing each complex/community to develop relationships so that our small apartment feels like HOME!"
"I previously posted a review and it was somehow removed; therefore, I’m reposting. My biggest concern about this facility is that during a severe winter storm, there was no back-up power to keep even one elevator running, and residents on the second and third floors who used walkers or wheelchairs needed significant assistance to walk downstairs. The sprinkler system pipes froze and subsequently burst during the winter storm causing numerous apartments and the clubhouse to flood, requiring major remediation. Residents in the flooded apartments were moved into hotel rooms, but those of us whose apartments didn’t flood were left to fend for ourselves, with no power or heat. Other issues I experienced included insects crawling in through closed windows, mold/mildew on poorly sealed windows, flooded corridors after heavy rain, filthy corridors near the garbage chutes, catalytic converter theft in the parking lot, and a kitchen drain that smelled like a sewer. The carpet was stained when I moved in and had wheelchair tracks (former resident used a wheelchair and had a service dog). I was charged for cleaning the carpet, even though the prior manager told me not to worry about it and she would have the carpet replaced when I moved out. I don’t recommend Solea Copperfield."
