"I love living here at SoDo Main because of its prime location, huge floor to ceiling windows, balcony, and many more such as the rooftop pool and gym plus the concierge service, etc. I like that I get to walk around and get on public transportation. There is always something to see or do around here and places close to here such as Montrose or Midtown. Moreover, this place has diversity!
Cons: The apartment and their amenities are not in a 100% brand new condition because of course! So, there are minor wear and tear, here and there. Other than that, if you’re looking to live in Downtown, definitely come and check out SoDo Main."
"Leasing process was detailed but smooth.
The Leasing Office staff were helpful and professional.
The facilities are well maintained and functioning. I was worried about the elevators breaking down and causing delays going in and out when I was moving in but after several months, this hasn’t been an issue. Within the tower, it’s generally nice and clean, but the Parking lot can be tidier, especially the elevators.
Security is generally good with LE showing up onsite every now and then. But it’s important to be vigilant at ALL times since this is Downtown!
The Concierge are friendly and helpful.
Now for the best part, the views, the view, the views…of Downtown are spectacular especially at sunset and late at night when the lights come on…worth every Dollar ??"
"Great location, near to Galleria, airport, walking to restaurants and amenities. I love connection with all Houston freeways and the building is nice and clean and now under “SODO” admin is clean of “smokers” and “gangs” This situation was bad in the past but now very good I love my apartment (more than 7 years) windows from top to floor a lot of daylight and great views and amazing sunsets"
"I had the pleasure of working with Gina during my tour/move at SoDo and I have had an amazing experience. Moving is such a stressful process and Gina has made the transition seamless! She has been patient, friendly, informative, extremely helpful with utilities inquiries, and knows the property well. "I hardly ever write reviews.. but they keep emailing and txting me to write one so here it goes.. I’ve been here ohhh, 5 months maybe, I LOVE my apartment.. the views are phenomenal. The concierge staff, and Stu are amazing.. others not so much.
BUTTT The carpet in the hallways is SO disgusting and dirty. The elevator is broken and has been for a very long time so it sometimes takes 10 minutes or more to get from my apt to the parking garage in the mornings for work. And last but not least, if you read the other reviews…. It was my car whose wheels and tires were stolen off my vehicle in the parking garage. My car was left on blocks and the office staff was less than helpful when dealing with it. I understand Houston is a big city where crime happens, but the night time security guard (female) is always on her phone, talking to groups of friends at the concierge desk etc, & the garage gate is often times left opened. I don’t think security is a main priority when it most definitely should be. I don’t hate living here, but I don’t love it and I will be looking at options when my lease is up."
"Valentin is a great leasing agent! He’s professional, attentive to detail, and quick to provide answers. His knowledge of downtown and the surrounding area really stood out, he gave me a thorough tour and pointed out some great spots to check out on weekends.
I originally had my eye on a specific apartment, but after I explained my priorities like a good view, plenty of living room space, and a large closet. He suggested a unit that was an even better fit. I’m really happy with my choice and excited to move in. Highly recommend working with Valentin!"
